Minimal necessaties provided: one towel, one washcloth person; with 6 guests (4 being female who wash off make up daily) I had to do laundry daily. Same with dishes: 6 cups, 6 bowels, etc. I did a lot of cooking so ,again, I had to wash dishes after each meal in order to have enough clean dishes for the next meal. Not ideal unless you plan on eating out, etc. Kitchen appliances could have used a good cleaning before we arrived, however, that was an easy fix. Everything else was very clean. Great amenities on property, but note some of them are across the road on the sister property located across a pretty busy road. Not all buildings are labeled clearly so it can be confusing when you first enter the property. Overall it was fine for what we were there for.

Easy check in once access was resolved. Walking distance to grocery and eating. Very close to the venue easy commute. The wine open was broken. Needs to be replaced. I gave the property overall rating a 4 because the vista cay property owner were not diligent in taking care of the hallway area. There was a flood coming from the house keeping closet on the first floor which covered the entire hallway getting feet and luggage wet walking through couldn’t be avoided. There was standing water for 2 days. I had to walk to the front desk for them to resolve which took them a 1.5 days to resolve. Also after they cleaned up the water it began to flood again. Seems like there is a repair they are not resolving.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken wine opener and the issue with water in the hallway during your stay. Please be advised that the flood in the hallway was beyond of our control as we only manage the unit you booked. This was taken care of by the resort management. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this matter. Despite these challenges, I hope you were able to enjoy your time here.
