Open 4BR/2BA home for 8 with covered deck and easy highway access. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious retreat offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a large table so everyone can gather for meals or games. Guests love the roomy layout that allows for both togetherness and privacy. Two bedrooms and a full bath are downstairs, with two more bedrooms and a second bath upstairs. Enjoy the big backyard, private parking for 3 cars, and in-home washer/dryer.
We respect your privacy but are always happy to help if needed. Our son occasionally stays in the apartment behind the garage when he’s in town for work and can assist with any urgent needs.
Otherwise, we’re nearby and available by test messages or phone and respond quickly to make sure your stay is comfortable and worry-free.
Our home is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with sidewalks, perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Guests describe it as safe and peaceful, while still convenient to everything. A local coffee shop is at the end of the street, and groceries, Starbucks, and shopping are within walking distance. Most major attractions are just 15–20 minutes away, including:

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the large covered deck, backyard, kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Private driveway parking, ON SIDE CLOSEST TO THE HOUSE ONLY, is available for up to three vehicles as well as street parking in front for up to two vehicles.
Our son occasionally stays in the small apartment behind the garage when he is in town for work. He keeps to himself and will not disturb your stay, and we are nearby if you need assistance.

The main floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom and washer and dryer. The open kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together with plenty of room to gather. The kitchen has a large island, breakfast bar, gas stove, cookware, utensils, and dining essentials. The adjoining dining table comfortably seats everyone for meals or games, and the living area is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Louisville.
UPSTAIRS:
The second floor has two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The left bedroom has a king bed, desk, and recliner, making it a great option for those who want a quiet workspace or reading area. The right bedroom has a queen bed and a cozy, inviting feel. The updated full bathroom serves both bedrooms.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Step out from the kitchen to a large covered deck with comfortable seating and a grill, perfect for year-round enjoyment. The level backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor games, family gatherings, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.
