Look no further! This amazing, comfortable, and newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo has everything you need to experience local living. Enjoy an onsite community pool, a 5-minute stroll to the beach, or take a short 10-minute drive to downtown historic St. Augustine, Costa Life offers a prime location to do it all!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed. The living room sofa bed accommodates up to two more guests.

This clean and modern 2nd-floor condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, washer, dryer, dishwasher, games, TV in every room, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach towels for your personal use. Within the complex, the condo is just steps from a beautiful private pool and outdoor lounge chairs. Just down the street is a community park with tennis courts and a playground. This condo is right in the middle of everything so no matter what you are here for this is the perfect home base.

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool and beach access is amazing. Beach life and historic St Augustine are both convenient. Beds were comfortable and the beach chairs/ umbrella/ cooler/ boogie boards were appreciated. My family had a great time! We would definitely stay again.

The condo is exactly as described and as everyone else has said the beds are so comfortable. Communication with the rental property we great and they got back to me every time. The beach is really close too.We didn't get a chance to go to the pool but it looked nice. The condo was well stocked with what would be needed.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described-clean, and comfortable! The space was perfect for our needs, and really appreciated the thoughtful touches , like the fully stocked snack basket. The location was fantastic! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing location. Communication with the host was seamless- quick responses and very accommodating. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Nice quiet place

This was a short getaway for us for some peace and quiet. Loved this place for the quiet! And convenient to the beach and the best seafood restaurants. Also just 5 minutes from Lions bridge and historic district. Overall a great place. They have a large pool at the complex also but we didn’t use it. However it looked clean and it was never crowded. The bed was very comfortable and layout was nice. Only small complaint was there is no cable tv, streaming services only. That was fine for us but might not be for others.

Great Place!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. A couple of suggestions could make it even better. Tub shower could use some anti slip strips applied to prevent slip and falls. I slipped myself but didn't fall. Also, could have used some mini shampoos. By the way, the supplied snacks were great!

We had a great stay. Only a few issues.. To dark going up and down outside stairs after dark. A couple of stairs were in need of repair. We had since very small ants on the kitchen counter the first morning. All were minor issues.

Quiet Location with Easy Access to Everything

The location was easy to find. It was close to historic St. Augustine via uber or car, and had a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The nicely renovated, 2nd floor apartment had all basic supplies and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the neighbors were really nice. Communication with the host was simple and prompt. The only issue we had was the app providing the wrong check in code, but the owner immediately answered the phone and provided the correct code to use. Overall, we would stay again!
