Conveniently located 5 miles from the Wrightsville Beach.!! Enjoy morning coffee on large deck along a beautiful patio set overlooking your own private Pickelball court. And watch your children playing in fenced in backyard. Great for entertainment!
There are five major grocery stores, plus Costco and Sams Club within 2-3 miles of the home. Large living room with comfy leather seating for 7 adults to enjoy the large screen TV or fire place. The four bedrooms have 2 King beds,1Queen bed and 1Twin. Two full baths on first floor and one full bath on second floor.

Great stay

We had a great time playing pickleball. The property was very clean and owners were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family was visiting for Family Weekend at UNCW. The home is centrally located and just a short drive to campus, downtown, or the beach. We had more than enough space for 6 of us and the house was clean upon arrival. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court in the backyard! We had a great weekend!

This was an excellent place to stay 15 min from the airport and pretty close to Wrightsville beaches. Clean and comfortable. The AC did struggle a little bit to keep up with the heat wave but this place was an excellent place to stay!

Lovely home in a nice nice neighborhood

This was just what we need for a family get-together. It was near a number of good places to eat and only 15 minutes or so from the beach. Plenty of room for six adults and a baby. Would definitely consider this for our next trip out to Wilmington.

Everything about this home was wonderful! So convenient to everything and it provided all we needed for our vacation!! My family loved the pickleball court and the back deck provided a great space to play games at the table in the evenings!! The homeowners were quick to respond to any questions and very friendly!!! Would be a great place for us to stay again when we visit our son and daughter in law with the whole family!!

Fun at the Pickleball Palace!

This was an amazing property to stay at for my family vacation & Patricia was more than accommodating! We had a few schedule mishaps and she was patient and extremely helpful. This property was clean, spacious, and SO fun with the backyard pickleball court! She had everything stocked that we needed (pickleball paddles, beach chairs, a grill, etc.) We all said we’d love to stay here again next summer trip!

Great spot for a stay in wilmington

The place is very nice and good location for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Pickleball court was a great addition of course as you didn’t have to travel to go play. Plenty of stuff to do around the area as well

Awesome Property

House is well maintained, in a nice neighborhood.Location was perfect for trips to the beach, shopping, and downtown. Kids enjoyed playing pickle ball while the adults relaxed on the deck. The description of the house was exact. The loft bedroom was an added plus for my grandsons. I will look for this rental on my future Wilmington visits.
