Welcome to your Orlando getaway! This newly remodeled 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home offers waterfront views perfect for tranquility and relaxation. This home is located just 9 miles away from Walt Disney World, 30 miles from MCO, and has the convenience of freeway access to the I4, delicious restaurants & shopping nearby.

HOUSEKEEPING: We do not offer a daily housekeeping service. Cleaning & sanitation will be completed before your check-in and after your check-out

PARKING: The driveway offers FREE parking for max 3 cars. Guests will NOT have access to the garage & outside shed

----Propane BBQ Grill: Can be requested for an additional charge of $50 (for the cost of cleaning &propane). BBQ must be requested at least 48 hours prior to stay

Hostess had great communication during the whole process. The set up of the home was great for gatherings. Beautiful home and surroundings! Home is close to family so made it so easy for us.

Wonderful vacation property!!

My husband and I recently spent a month at this beautiful home. It was the longest time we've stayed anywhere and I chose this home because the host Molly was so responsive to questions i had prior to booking. The home did not disappoint. The pool was amazing and the view of the small lake was wonderful. Every day we watched it draw in birds of all kinds including sandhill cranes, ibis, herons, and even an occasional eagle. As a birding enthusiast, my husband was in heaven. The home was nicely appointed, had everything we needed during our stay, and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location was great for exploring the Orlando area. Molly checked in on us several times just to make sure everything was going ok and she was very responsive to any questions or concerns. She also gave us a goody basket for our road trip home which was very thoughtful. All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Orlando.

Let's Do It Again:-)

My husband and I rented this home in June 2023. This was the perfect retreat for our busy schedules. We were in for pure relaxation and a home away from home. Molly the owner was very welcoming and left a nice greeting card & bag of goodies which was a very nice sentiment. She also provided a booklet with a list of attractions and their distance so we'd know of things to do; I'd recommend laminating this book because over time the pages will become worn. In addition if someone spills something on the counter. It will be be easy to wipe the book off. Having the ability to wake up every morning poolside was absolutely amazing. The shower in the master bath has the dual springs so we getting bathed on the left & right & my husband loved the shower gels provided. I did water aerobics and just took it all in. The ducks visited us every morning; we were unsure whether it was appropriate to feed them so we didn't. 2 things I'd lik to mention are: Although new, the Kuerig in the kitchen didn't work but there was an classic coffee pot in the other corner so that was perfect. 2. The television on the patio didn't work. We spent alot of time outside & would've loved that experience. We'll be back in January with the hope of renting this home again.
