The stay was ok but no tv in the bedroom and the location description was not exactly accurate but it was still fairly close to things

Needs a Little Work

- Fridge was very noisy. - Coffee maker did not work (but close to Dunkin Donuts). - Must be there ahead of spring cleaning, but a few wipes made the light switches white again and handles non-sticky. - No smoke detector. - Musty smell, but opening windows (the ones with screens) helped. - No extra blanket (but borrowed one). Plenty of kitchen utensils. Plenty of toiletry items if you forgot to pack

Easy affordable one night stay

If your heading to downtown clearwater for a night and need a cheap spot that's close enough to uber around, this is it. No issues- I'd rent it again.

Cute Little Place

It was a great place for us. Close to a lot of things, easy to find from the road when driving up, well lit at night. The apartment has great AC, good water pressure, had 4 washcloths, 4 beach towels and 4 regular bath towels for use. It is definitely a small place, just big enough for 2. Everything was great but I do wish it had a closet or more storage for suitcases. I would return!

Clearwater getaway

Property was located between Clearwater beach and Baycare ballpark, which was exactly where we wanted to be. Owner was easy to work with and accommodating. Would use again.
