Comfortable furnishings and many special amenities await guests in this ski-in condo! This first-floor condo located in Building 13 boasts a spacious living area that features plenty of seating for enjoying a blazing fire in the fireplace (firewood provided) or watching movies on the TV with cable and a DVD player. The open living space also includes a dining area and breakfast bar seating. The kitchen has been fully appointed with all the essentials so the chef of the group can prepare delicious treats and homemade meals for everyone. Anyone who likes to sleep in will appreciate the black-out curtains that help block out light and noise. The primary suite has a second TV and new bedding.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper first (1st) floor - 8 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). 1. No slats under the twin beds so the mattresses would sink. When we reported this to management, we were told that that was something the owners would have to fix- not them. So we took the pieces of wood securing the sliders and used them to support the mattress.2. Master shower was clogged and would not drain. We had to go buy Drano to get it to work.3. The property. Is very outdated and run down compared to the other rental properties there. Carpet was old/worn and needed to be cleaned. The furniture in EVERY room was worn and in need of updating.4. Dishes were chipped and there were no wine glasses. 5. No matches or lighter provided to light the wood in the fireplace. We had to go by a lighter which we left for use by the next guests.6. Main TV in the living room was on Roku and there were no instructions. The first couple of days we watched TV on our IPad until we searched the internet for instructions.7. TV in the main bedroom never worked. 8. Uncertain of how well the property had been cleaned prior to our arrival. A ladies flat iron and cosmetics was found in one of the drawers.9. We hesitated on booking this property because it had only 2 reviews in 5 years. This skewed the perception of the property. Now we recognize owners have probably manipulated the reviews to delete negative ones. 10. Would never consider booking a property managed by Vacasa without more information. If this property meets their standards, we would not be happy with the quality.

The location and size of the condo were great. The condo was dated which is fine if things are in good shape. I have attached pictures of things that concerned me. The carpet was stained, moldy spotted shower curtains, broken soap dish in shower with jagged edges, ripped recliner and worn decorative pillows with stuffing coming out.

nice except for two things

the place was large and as promised. comfortable in all things but two. the mattresses were like hammocks and need replacing. after skiing that was hard on my back. Also, I have never stayed anywhere in the high altitude for skiing that didn't have humidifiers for the bedrooms. I asked and they seemed perplexed at the request. I had to boil water to keep from dying from dry. Breckenridge without humidifiers to sleep was awful.

Great Location & Space

For a family of 5, we loved the spacious room, the well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and the location more than ever. People were very friendly wherever we were in Breckenridge. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice trip to Breckenridge.

Comfortable stay easy check in and out. Easy access to Main Street and walking to place to eat. Make sure to bring your own plug-ins to charge devices. No easy USB access but plenty of electrical outlets.
