Escape to paradise in a new 1 bed/2 bath centrally located in Marathon. Our condo is steps away from open ocean views, where you can fish off the docks, lounge under one of the many Tiki huts, or cool off in the vast elevated swimming pool that overlooks the Atlantic. Fully air conditioned clubhouse on property is equipped with a commercial ice machine. Convenient grilling stations located next to the clubhouse, to cook your fresh catch. Bicycles are provided upon request. Come enjoy paradise.

It was just my husband and I we had a pleasant visit. Your facilities are top notch, clean, and safe. Key West is a bit busy but in Marathon and Key West there was plenty to do close by or a bit of a drive away. Pool was great! Thank you!

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed for 7 days and had a great time! Our condo was beautifully furnished and had all of the necessities of home. Frank responded quickly to all questions we had, we met some wonderful new friends and already booked for next year!! The gated community was a plus and there is a great pizza place within walking distance. The sunset from the dock is a must see!

beautiful unit ,very well appointed and welcoming. beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. area around has great ocean views and exellent heated pool. Frank is very responsive and accommodating. will stay again.

Amazing Condo A+

Wow! This condo is amazing! Location is perfect for hopping around Marathon and other Keys. Ocean Isles is a gated community and very well maintained. The condo: very clean, well stocked, very comfortable K bed, great AC system, 2 huge TV’s, comfortable living room, and by far the best condo we’ve stayed in with our many visits to the Keys. Frank was extremely prompt in responding to messages and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. Easy check in and check out. The pool at Ocean Isles is amazing and the boat slips/dock area were a popular area every evening with fishing/hanging out. I can’t say enough about this condo, the community, and Franks attentiveness. Our 8 night stay was perfect and we will contact Frank to stay in one of his units next year when we return!

1st time to the Keys from Canada

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Frank’s condo. The pictures represent it perfectly. The master bed was quite comfortable & our daughter was happy & comfortable in the daybed. The AC was great. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the condo complex (a mix of resident/owners & weekly vacation renters), the beautiful view from the pool & fishing off of the boat dock. We chose Marathon because of its central location and are quite happy we did so. We found a lot for families to do in the area and plenty of local seafood restaurants. We all agreed that if we return to the Keys we’d seek out this condo again. Thanks Frank!

Great Place to Stay in Marathon!

This condo was the perfect place for us to stay during our week in the Florida Keys! Frank was great with communication and ensuring we arrived and had everything we needed. Great central spot for exploring what the keys have to offer!

Great vacation property and host

My family and I rented this property for 10 days around Christmas time and enjoyed our stay very much. The property had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. The host, Frank, who was the owner at the same time was very responsive and communicative which made our stay even better! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property the moment we arrived. The property is conveniently located and about 5 min of driving distance from all our favorite restaurants and beaches, in particular, the Sombrero beach and the Island Fish Co restaurant. I highly recommend this vacation property to everyone and hope to come back again next year!

Beautiful Place!

This vacation rental had everything we needed. The unit was extremely clean. Frank Griffiths was our host and he was just wonderful. He even left us some extra trash bags outside for us during our stay. When we arrived there were two bikes, a wagon, a cooler, fishing rods, a bucket and pool noodles for us to enjoy. The pool and area were very clean. The ocean views from the pool and dock were spectacular!
