4 BR Oceanfront Townhouse with Direct Beach Access

An Oceanfront vacation can't get any better than this! You are literally right on the beach - with spectacular views of the ocean and the Indian River State Park & Nature Preserve. At night let the ocean lull you to sleep and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching the dolphins play. End unit with large dunes on the side makes the beach seem all yours! Walk to Matt’s Fish Camp for an easy dinner. The kids will love the local playground and snow cone truck!

Guests will find a well-equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, newly renovated bathrooms, ample indoor seating and beach chairs.

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway, an outside shower, a kayak, and a washer and dryer.

The first floor offers a deck with direct access to the beach and ocean (literally steps away). The first floor has a large dining room, 1/2 bath, kitchen and family room (fully equipped with books, games, puzzles, and internet equipped television.

The second floor offers a large oceanfront bedroom with a king bed with an oceanfront deck with amazing views. There's another oceanfront bedroom with a pullout couch. The bayside offers one bedroom with two twin beds and another with one queen bed.

For 2024 due to feedback: new couches and porch furniture, new cleaners!

This place is all about location. Located right on the beach and a great place to stay with toddlers. Check in was simple and house is well equipped.

Excellent access to the beach. Swimming in the ocean literally steps away from the property. Would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s home. It is just as advertised and more! It has a lovely deck with cozy chairs, and the indoor space was perfect for our family (5 adults and 3 children). Jeremy communicated promptly and readily responded to our questions. Thank you for a lovely beach vacation!

You can’t get closer to the ocean!

Amazing location! House is very comfortable. There is a large selection of beach stuff for all ages. Sitting on the deck listening to the waves is great!

Fantastic Beach House!

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach! It has all the amenities you could ask for and is super comfortable. Jeremy, the owner, was in contact before the stay and touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend booking this property - you can’t beat being lulled to sleep at night by the sound of the waves. The village of Bethany is a quick three mile drive down Coastal Highway, and has charming shops and a variety of places to eat.

Great location but house needs some TLC

Location was perfect
 right on the beach, easy to get to with convenient parking and restaurants and grocery store nearby. The deck and balcony were perfect for relaxing and listening to the sounds of the ocean and watching the sunrise. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels provided. Helpful tip: If you want front row at the beach, you need to set up before 7 am. Listing wasn’t completely accurate however
no hot tub, games/puzzles were limited and dated, grill wasn’t available until specifically asked for. The kitchen was dirty upon arrival, including old food in the fridge and freezer. Dishes in the cupboard were not clean and dishwasher didn’t work very well. The walls and furniture were visibly dirty and bedrooms could use new mattresses. The host was responsive during our stay when we raised our concerns. With some TLC, this would be a fantastic rental!

Amazing Location

Location, location location! This house was the perfect location for our family beach getaway. It was nice to be able to walk directly onto the beach from the deck! We were able to go out to the beach more frequently than if you had to drive and find parking. The deck was great as well. It was very large for our little ones to play on, made with trex so no splinters, didn't get hot for bare feet, and in the afternoon was shaded. There were two nice loungers to sit on, but the other chairs were worn and had holes in the seats. We pushed them aside so that no one would accidentally sit in them and fall through. The beach was not crowded and actually had a life guard a few hundred feet away. Walking distance to Matt's Fish Camp Restaurant and the local sno cone truck was a plus! The house definitely has some wear and tear. The layout is perfect for a family, but the mattresses, pillows, bed linens, and couch were very old and worn. We ended up rewashing all of the bed linens upon arrival, due to stains. And we used pillows we brought as the pillows there had no protectors and were discolored. The house has tile throughout which made it easy to clean, definitely a plus at the beach. Overall cleanliness was OK, would recommend working with the cleaners to dust the ceiling fans and clean out the kitchen drawers/cabinets (full of crumbs).

We had a wonderful stay here! The space was roomy and the view was absolutely beautiful!! Will definitely try to book again for next summer!
