Poolside Retreat! Private pool & hot tub! Only 5 min to Beach!

Looking for the perfect place to stay for your beach vacation? Look no further! Our beautiful, newly furnished home has everything you need for the perfect vacation including your own private pool and hot tub!!! The pool is in a screened in enclosure (bye bye bugs) and surrounded by a covered patio with comfy seating, a sit up bar w/beverage fridge, outdoor TV and a dining table for six. Or kick back and relax poolside in our hammock.

This home is located in a nice neighborhood 5 minutes from the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key and Johnson's beaches. It is 2 minutes from Big Lagoon State Park and less than 5 minutes to NAS. In fact on Tuesdays, you might even get a sneak peek of the Blue Angels practicing. . . super cool!

Our 2300 sq foot home features five comfortable bedrooms with their own smart ROKU TV. Plus we have two luxury twin EZ roll away airbeds available for our 11th and 12th guests when needed. They are stored in the master bedroom closet along with bedding for the beds. There are two full bathrooms (one ensuite in master bedroom with walk in shower and garden tub). The open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the fun and flows right out the backdoor to the poolside retreat. The large well stocked kitchen provides all the amenities needed for those that want to prepare their own meals including a crock pot, pancake griddle, blender, and drip coffee pot (plus a French Press for those that prefer that).

Guests will need to log into their won streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

The pool and hot tub are just out the backdoor (which has a deadbolt for child safety). The pool is not heated and is 6 feet deep at it's deepest point. Please swim responsibly and parents/adults are responsible for their children's safety.

Our hope is that you have a wonderful stay at our home while in Pensacola. We are accessible by Airbnb/VRBO message centers or text/call if there is an emergency. If you have questions or concerns during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can address them.

You will want to have a car to be able to experience all the fun Pensacola and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Best place we have stayed in our 5 years of going on our Florida yearly vacation. Close to ocean. Great location. Host was amazing and willing to go above and beyond to make our enjoyable. Pool and hot tub was amazing to our vacation. TV in every room. Best was TV on patio to swim and watch TV or even listen to music. House was beautiful. Loved the layout. I would highly recommend this house to any future guests and would return again. Host even recommended beaches and restaurants. The Salty Pearl restaurant was our favorite for fresh fish.

Great place to stay!!

Home was up to date and very clean. The pool with bar was an added treat. There were 7 of us on motorcycles, and the beds/baths were accomodating. We used one of the inflatable beds however it did not hold air for very long (moved to couch during the night). Home is very close to NAS Pensecola which allowed us to visit the .museum and see the Blue Angels fly. Only regret was we could'nt stay longer! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, golf state parks, and restaurants

we spent two weeks in this beautiful five bedroom home. It was furnished with all the amenities that we needed. All of the beds had high-quality bedding. Well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

This is a great property, I loved the stay, and the owner provided all that you would need for the beach. (Chairs, umbrellas, water toys, and even a cooler). This was truly and amazing vacation.

Family vaca

We definitely had some hiccups with the rental. The cleaning staff was upset we checked in early which was approved by the renter. One of the ladies husband showed up and was UPSET and MEAN. We had to go buy our own paper towels and toilet paper. Each bathroom had 2 rolls and the kitchen had 2 but there were 8 people and we were there over a week. After messaging the renter we were able to get more. So that was nice, just inconvenient.People came to clean the pool Tuesday and the hot tub Monday and Friday. Which is nice to have it clean but didn’t feel private cause we didn’t want to be in the way. The checkout time was confusing. I had proof from a VRBO snapshot and the tvs in the house all say 11am. We had to be out at 10am. Overall it was a great place. The house is very large. Wish it had another bathroom. So nice having the pool. The rooms were cute, lots of pillows. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so that was a bonus. There was a small cooler, beach toys, and umbrella for the beach but the beach chairs were horrible. They all look like they are about to rip. My dad is older so I bought him one that he didn’t have to get so low in. There was what appeared to be a roach in the kitchen under the coffee pot. I notified the renter and she does have someone come spray for bugs. Loved how big the kitchen is and the space for seating to eat was great. The fridge was completely cleaned out so no condiments but there was oil. Lots of kitchen supplies.

Gorgeous house, plenty of space

Very kid friendly house! Sound machines in every room, 2 pack and plays with sheets included, sippy cups are provided. Having the pool was wonderful for our stay

Amazing

We had a full family of 12 and everyone slept comfortably. Plenty of space for all. Great size pool for a pool day. Host was very welcoming, she made sure to communicate if we had any questions during our stay. Which we didn’t, because everything was great. The house provided everything we needed which allowed for minimal packing. Great experience!

Great Family Stay

We had a great stay. Host provided many helpful items that made our stay easy! Be aware one of the bathrooms is in the primary bedroom. This worked for our families staying together but took a bit of extra communication. :) Pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces were great!

Absolutely Perfect

From start to finish Kim and Aaron were amazing hosts. My family and I travel all over and never stay in the same place twice, but we're already planning our trip back next year! They literally thought of everything! Nothing was a miss! It's such a good location to visit both Pensacola and Gulf Shores Alabama. Everything was so clean and organized! It really felt like a home away from home. The enclosed back patio with the pool, bar and outdoor tv with lounge chairs was AMAZING! Thanks again! We will be back!

This home is excellent, clean and comfortable. The owner responded promptly to my emails throughout the weekend and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was well stocked with all essential items and much more. She went above and beyond. My family and I really enjoyed this vacation. Beyond 5 stars!!!
