Even though this is THE GOOD VIBEZ HOUSE, this is definitely not a party house. This is a cozy 1200sqft, 1 level, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, ranch style smart home in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. This Unique house is specifically and exclusively designed for 6 guests. We do provide an air mattress for an additional 7th guest.

- Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2022, THE GOOD VIBEZ HOUSE features an open-concept living area, where probably the first thing that will catch your eye as you enter through the door is the giant, bold, colorful ANGEL WING mural that you probably won't be able to resist taking a photo in front of. It's definitely Instagra(m) worthy—the perfect backdrop for any of your social media pages.

-If that's not the first, then it may be the 86-inch 4k smart TV above the electric fireplace. Enjoy watching the game with friends, a romantic evening with Bae snuggled up on the couch watching Netflix and chilling or gathered around the sofa with the family enjoying Free Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Discovery+, or Hulu w/ live tv on us.
