Country Cottage: Aunt Susie's Raystown Lake Vacation Rentals; Tatman Boat Launch

Country Cottage is a rustic yet modern cabin located in a wooded area. This home has a stream in the back yard and I backed by State Game Land. It has a large wrap around deck with a nicely landscaped firepit area. Covered boat parking also on site. The kitchen has an upscale feel with black granite and copper fixtures for a stunning finish. The home has an open floor plan on the main level ideal for family mingling. The main living area has vaulted ceilings with a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs loft. There is also a floor to ceiling stone hearth in this area for added drama. Main level bedroom has a king bed. The main level bathroom has an oversized glass shower. The lower level has additional living are with a bar and mini fridge for your use. The bar mirrors the copper finishes in the kitchen. Two bedrooms each with twin bed are on this level as well as a nicely finished bathroom. This cabin is surrounded by nature. Every window that you look out has a view of trees. Closest to Tatman boat launch.

Family Reunion

We recently stayed 4 nights at the Country Cottage cabin and found everything in excellent condition. There was plenty of parking for our boat trailers and the cabin itself was beautiful. The large deck and nearby fire pit had plenty of chairs. We would not hesitate to stay there again

Wonderful weekend

Great place for a bachelor party. Easily sleeps a party of 6 guys. Really close to trails and hiking spots. Beautiful views all around. 10/10

Amazing hideaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is incredibly well kept, we cooked all our meals for the week and didn’t lack for anything! The grill and deck were superb and the fire pit and grounds very well kept. We had a couple very minor maintenance issues which were addressed quickly and the technicians sent were courteous and friendly. We will stay at an Aunt Suzie’s property next year for our trip to the lake!!

Lovely stay

This was a lovely cabin to stay in for our extended weekend. It was so quiet and so relaxing. The chairs on the wrap around porch were visited often because of the serenity and calmness if the area. Cellphone service was non existent which was actually quite nice to tune out for a while. There is wifi in the cabin so if you need to contact anyone, there is that. The cabin was clean and was well furnished. The kitchen was a good size for all what we needed to cook. The only issue we had was with the tv. The electrical outlet in the mantel was not working. Gratefully there was another electrical outlet not far. Also there is no cable so if you want to watch streaming services, you'll have to bring your own Roku or Firestick. All in all, it was a very nice stay and would love to come back again.
