Summary:
Located just minutes away from the sandy shores of Virginia Beach, this home provides easy access to the city's renowned attractions. The Serene Sands Retreat is within walking distance to The Oceanfront Boardwalk/Beach, Restaurants, Va Beach Conference Center, The NEW Sports Complex, and just a short drive to First Landing State, Ft Story (and the Cape Story Lighthouse), Va Marine Science Museum, shopping, botanical garden, and fishing.

The Space:
Enjoy all the comforts of home at our newly built and decorated house with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile bathrooms, new furniture, and fresh new linens! The House is a 4 bedroom house, sleeping 10 with 3 full baths and an Outdoor Shower! The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room allows everyone to be together. The large bedrooms give everyone space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV. In the backyard enjoy a patio with seating and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. The house has 2 parking spaces in the driveway, but parking is extremely tight due to the narrow alley. Reach out to us for further information.

Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Great hidden gem rental with easy walk to beach and stores. Nicely updated throughout and clean hot tub was a bonus! Fantastic communication from management for any updates and questions.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured. It was well-equipped, a little vacuum would have been nice to help clean up sand after visiting the beach. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless.The parking situation was a little tight. There is no parking available on the actual street.The walk to the beach was easy and quick. Overall, this was an excellent stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed vacation rental!

Beautiful gem in a perfect location

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Easy check in, clean and modern house, easy parking and a simple walk to the oceanfront. Plenty of space for two families with kids! Ping pong and hot tub got a lot of use too!

This house is beautiful and we enjoyed all the space for our weeklong stay at the beach. It was very clean, the hosts were always available to answer any questions, easy check- in and a quick walk to the beach! The road is very narrow and the driveway is short, so just plan ahead for any larger vehicles. Would recommend this house to anyone visiting the beach!

The house was very nice and the spacious for our large group of 10. We were surprised to find beach chairs as we bought our own. Parking was very tight, especially if you have larger cars.

Mini vacation

We traveled to the area for a basketball tournament at the Sports complex. This property was perfect to accommodate our families. The location was perfect as was the home. The house was new and very clean! Check in was easy, we just put the code in the door and walked in! We had an excellent trip thanks in large part to the stay in this beautiful home. Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Serene Sands Retreat!! The house was clean and tidy and stocked with everything we needed! I was especially impressed with the kitchen and large dining area. We cooked several meals at home and the fully stocked kitchen had every utensil we needed! When we were at the house everyone, ages 7 to 70, was comfortable. The ping pong table and hot tub got a lot of use. The walk to the beach was easy and pleasant and there was plenty to do along the boardwalk. We will definitely be visiting again!!!

Great vacation home!

The size of the house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 1 infant. Beautifully renovated with an open kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom suite was even nicer than the pictures can show. The hot tub was a nice feature, too. One of the couches was very uncomfortable, but other than that, just a beautiful and functional space. Check in was great but check out could be improved. To pay a cleaning fee and still be required to wipe out the fridge, put all the dishes away, take out the trash AND be out by 10 am seemed a little excessive. A later check out time (without the $70/hour fee after 10 am) would be very accommodating. Overall, a great stay!

The house was amazing, very clean and decorated nicely which we appreciated. We enjoyed the fenced in back yard and hot tub, the open concept floor plan and the spacious bedrooms. Some recommendations to improve would be making the parking situation more transparent on the listing. We had 2 oversized vehicles and being in an alley way with 2 cars directly in front of the driveway made getting in and out of the driveway extremely tight and difficult which would be nice to know before booking. We also would have appreciated standard spices being stocked in the house so we didn’t have to buy all needed spices to cook. Some cleaning supplies (ie toilet bowl cleaner and a vacuum) would have also been helpful.
