LONG TERM (6 month)

This attractive 1445 square foot, two story house, has a lovely Front Porch, an Open Plan Ground Floor with Living/Dining/Kitchen plus Powder Room.
Second floor Master Bedroom has king bed, ensuite walk-in shower, private balcony with gas fire pit.
Bedroom two has a Queen Bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the third Bedroom/Office which has a queen futon sofa-bed and desk. Baby cot/high chair available.
The space
This beautiful almost new home is available for a minimum 6 month stay. It is fully furnished with quality furniture and is in the sought after Longleaf neighborhood across from Starkey Ranch, in Odessa, Florida.
It is positioned on two floors, with 1445 sq ft of spacious living space, and is the home of a well known artist and his wife...that be me. We spend half the year in New York, and will rent our home from July 5th thru January 4th. Perhaps you are building in the Starkey area and need a furnished place to stay until your house is completed.
Step into the house from a traditional front porch entrance into the airy open plan ground floor with large tiled slate flooring, a ceiling fan, and built-in entertainment center with art display. The living room dining area blends seamlessly into a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and suede finished backsplash. The breakfast bar dining room table converts to a full dining area which easily seats 6-8. There is also a ground floor powder room and pantry.
The second floor with dark wood tile has 3 bedrooms. A large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has double sinks and large walk in shower. There is also a private balcony overlooking the front of the house to sit out and enjoy a gas fire, a glass of your favorite beverage and a beautiful sunset.
The other two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom, with toilet and bathtub separated from the sink area by a sliding door, so both bedrooms have use of this bathroom. There is also a laundry room on the second floor.
The closets and drawers are empty, so just unpack, and relax on the front porch or cross the road and enjoy a glass of wine or beer at the Starkey Market Bar!
You can walk, run or bike on the Starkey Trail any time you want and there is also access to a communal heated swimming pool and hot tub.
You will need to provide an additionally insured certificate for liability and property damage, and put the utilities in your name for the up to 6 months that you are here.
By booking through this Airbnb listing, you agree that we will have a temporary license agreement to occupy our property for a short term stay, as per the agreed dates booked, and that this is not a lease, and not subject to landlord/tenant laws.

Other things to note
We are very selective with whom we choose to rent our space to while we are traveling, which is no big deal if you would rent to you...giggles.
We are grandparents and love children, but let's discuss if our home, with lots of art on low selves would be the best situation for them.
We also love animals, but reserve that discussion after we speak about the details of your pet.
The ground floor garage is where we storage some personal items, so you won't have access to park in it, but there is plenty of street and driveway parking.
As this would be a long term rental, tenant would be required to assume responsibility for Duke Electric and Cable/Wifi being transferred to their own name for direct payment.
We will have cleaned the house to the highest standard upon your arrival and the price of $150 is added by Airbnb to cover that. As this is a minimum 6 month stay, please leave the house in the clean condition that you found it, or leave $150 for us to have it cleaned after your stay. Also, note that we will provide the initial basics of, toilet paper, paper towel, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, after which it is your responsibility to replenish. We could have just charged $300 up front for cleaning but chose to give you the choice to clean it yourselves before your departure.
