This unit comes fully equipped and is the only floor plan with THREE balconies! Who doesn't love a view? This unit has undergone a full remodel to give you the best experience and life-long memories! This 2023 remodel includes all new appliances, freshly painted navy kitchen cabinets with gold accents, new Smart-TVs mounted in each room, fully remodeled bathrooms, new furniture, and more! From the floor to the ceiling, this unit has undergone a FULL makeover to take your breath away!

Modern and well take in care unit.We stay at the Aranov for years and this is one of the best units we experienced.Definitely recommend to any one looking for a vacation. The only thing we had to go after was comforters for beds, climate was little cold and we personally like heavy comforters to sleep in.We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was gorgeous! This is probably our 18th time staying at Aqua, but our first time renting a 3 bedroom. Just as nice as we expected it to be. Everything in the until was beautiful. Beds were a little firm, but that’s seems to be the norm. A few of the towels were dirty upon arrival, but when the front desk called to ask about our stay we told them and they sent new towels up immediately. Loved having the included four chairs.

We loved the view and the condo was beautiful. The only thing I could complain about it the lack of blankets and the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. We ended up buying a blow up mattress instead of our teenager sleeping on that. But other than that we would stay here again.

My entire family stayed at Aqua in different rooms an out of 5 condos, 1501 was the largest and the best out of all the other rooms. Any issue that we had wasn’t in any way the owners fault. The resort washed windows one day and it was a little loud, and when we arrived all of the patio furniture was inside of the unit due to Aqua cleaning windows. The master bed is very comfy, room is spacious, master bath is a dream. Kitchen came equipped with everything we needed and more. The views of the ocean aren’t obstructed views at all.I’m a realtor so I notice details. Whomever renovated this condo thought of every single detail, from extra blankets, to magnets on the back of the front door to hold when you bring luggage in, master has heaters and bidet on the toilet seat. If I had to say something negative, I’d just say the bedroom doors squeaked a little bit and would wake my infant up but that’s it. We would definitely rent this unit again!!!

The views from this condo are amazing. When you walk in you can immediately see the beautiful beach and ocean. The decor is so new, updated and fresh looking. The Master suite bed is so comfortable! A few things that I thought were disappointing for this price point...NO hand soap anywhere,usually a place would have a least a bar of soap at the sink, the master suite bathroom fan runs constantly when you have the light on NO separate switch, only ONE very thin extra blanket in the entire 3 bedroom condo,beds did not have blankets, only top sheet and a heavier sheet. These are just things you would have expected to have in this quality/price of condo. Overall still the best condo and the front desk was so helpful! Will be staying here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. It was in the prefect location for the beach. The view was second to none. The 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that were included with the condo was very convenient. The place was very clean and the staff was responsive to my family's needs. The only thing that I didn't like was the 9am checkout time. I take multiple vacations a year and I've never been required to checkout so early from a place. I will definitely return to Aqua the next time I come back to Panama City Beach.
