Fantastic Experience

Reviewer Comments: We were originally staying in another location with another rental company, but the condo was in terrible condition and not suitable to stay in. As a last minute change, we reached out to Aronov looking for a possible place to stay in a crunch. The lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful, cared about our situation, and graciously held our condo for 24 hours while we battled the other rental company for a refund. We were finally able to book at Aqua and were given a free night, free parking, and a discount. The room was fantastic! This was not our first time staying at Aqua, so we knew just how convenient the building is. Fast elevators, short walks to the pool, beach, fitness center, and parking garage are a must with little kids, and Aqua met all of those requirements! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The ocean view is beautiful and morning coffee on the balcony is a daily ritual. This unit is maintained very well. The only complaint I have is that the shower floor in the Master Bath needs a good scrubbing especially around the edges, otherwise the condo is very clean.

Unit is exactly as described and even has a few beach chairs and umbrellas that you can use if you don’t want to rent any from the beach. Unit can use a little updating but overall satisfied with the unit. Would stay again if needed.

There was plenty of bedding and towels. The appliances were in good repair. The staff at Aqua were very friendly, polite and helpful. The view is spectacular and the location with it's proximity to Pier Park was perfect. We will be returning again next year.

BEWARE - Not worth the money

Check in great. Got in unit, I’ll just list this and you can decide: 1. Ceiling fan in master loud and could not turn on past low setting without it looking like it was going to fall off 2. Ice maker worked, but would not dispense ice out of door dispenser 3. Coffee maker old school, stained and dirty 4. Toaster oven to toast bagels was 100 years old and stained 5. All 3 beds had only sheets, no blankets or comforters 6. 3 closets, total of 5 coat mangers for all 3 closets 7. Stove top did not work properly 8. All 3 couples complained how uncomfortable beds were, springs in bed 9. 1 frying pan and that was dirty, but the unit had 4 strainers for some odd reason 10. Not enough plates for the amount of people the owner claims to accommodate 11. Cable tv is horrible 12. Do not cook steals, no steak knives, only dull butter knives 13. Bring your own shower soap nothing provided in bathroom AND GET THIS!!! Owners closet was open. Stocked with comforters and quality TP, not the crap sand paper TP they had for us. Clearly the owner of this unit is cheap and had no interest in providing anything that a normal hotel or rental typically provides. Pros. 1. Sofa nice 2. Large patio 3. Good AC 4. If you are into it, each toilet half a bidet 5. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were fine Told rental agency all this. Their response was to have workers come and fix all this stuff, on our paid vacation time. How about taking care of all this stuff on your dime and not the customer. What a joke. There are thousands of units to rent here, I would never recommend this unit for rental unless the rate was under $100 because that is what you get for your rental. With all this said. 1. We bought and left over 50 coat hangers in unit, you are welcome 2. We bought and left new frying pan, you are welcome 3. We bought blankets, sorry we took them with us.

The spacious dinning area and common area are perfect to relax and en joy each other in games, sports or movies on TV. The balcony allows you to watch the waves roll in and enjoy a meal outdoors along with your favorite beverage. You can also cook if preferred and keep up with your laundry with a washer and dryer in the unit.
