Wonderful stay! Great communication with owner. Responsive and provided great information regarding things to do and aee in the area. Beautiful, relaxing space and view. Resort amenities, with pool, spa, beach and trails nearby, but very private feel.

Beautiful property, very clean --plenty to do in the area! Private pool and private beach were so much fun for us and the kids!

Great stay in Sandpoint!

James was a great host. Very communicative on all aspects and responsive if/when we had any questions. The original unit that we rented was taken off of the market by the home owner and James was able to move us to another condo that was very nice. We will be planning future trips to Sandpoint and will look to work with James on future rentals.

Highly Recommend and I will be back

The condo, location and town of Sandpoint is an amazing vacation location. This vacation was for me to recharge and relax, and boy did I ever. The condo is quiet and peaceful with the most spectacular lake front views. The morning sunrises each day were vibrant and awe inspiring. The beach is private and had ample seating and space for all to enjoy. James was a great host and responded to requests. Also check out the Spa at the complex. I am a spa snob and went 3 times during my stay and had an excellent experience with each massage and facial person. I cannot wait to go back next-year.

Lovely condo on the lake

We visited Sandpoint over summer and loved this condo on the lake. A very cosy place and a great collection of books made us feel right at home. The condo is close to everything you need and we walked pretty much everywhere for meals. James, the property manager, was available, whenever we needed help, which was great. I recommend this place.

Location was wonderful for a Sandpoint getaway. Incredible view with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Host was very responsive and enhanced our stay by giving us a tour of the place.

We had such a nice time!

This place was very nice, simply put. Immaculate accommodation in every way, incredible views, right on the lake, private beach, pool/ hot tub amazing and easy walking distance to town. The host was such a great guy and made several recommendations - all of which we checked out and very much enjoyed. What a cool town Sandpoint is and we also enjoyed a fun chairlift ride up Schweitzer (highly recommend) as well as a day trip to Priest Lake (highly recommend). My only ask would be to not tell anyone about this great location and keep it a secret. Highly recommend and promise no disappointments in every way.

James was born near the Pacific Ocean & Julie was raised in the bayou outside of New Orleans. We were lucky enough to find the mountains of Idaho as adults. Love to play as much as possible and work when we have to, which is most of the time of course! Especially now raising two little toddlers we are go go go! Luckily, we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric. Live a clean and sober life and care very much about health and wellness. Always interested in traveling and meeting new people along the way. I have been managing beautiful properties in Sandpoint since 2018 with my company, Point Property Management, llc.
