The "Darkside of Paradise" has been completely renovated with luxury pillows/bedding and has been professionally decorated with thoughtful art and decorations. Come spoil yourself with fresh and breezy sheets, fluffy hotel-quality pillows, and fresh new towels.

Did we mention we are lakefront and literally ACROSS THE STREET from the community resort, which provides guests with free access to the lagoon-style pool, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie splash pool, water slides, volleyball courts, basketball courts, fitness center, meeting room, and cantina? Private cabanas are also available for rent if you decide to treat yourself to an on-site spa.

This top to bottom renovated home has its own private pool!

**We can heat the private pool for an additional daily fee of $25. Please let us know at least a day in advance to prep the system for you**

Newly renovated fully furnished kitchen with two new sets of pots, pans, and utensils! You will have a hard time running out of flatware as well since there are many sets of dishes to choose from, including kids-ware.

Each room in this house features a brand new ROKU TV with Spectrum Cable available with the Spectrum app!

- Second Floor (Living Room) - Full-Sized Sofa Bed. Please let us know if you will be using the Sofa Bed so we can leave out extra linens.

All persons MUST BE 25 years of age or older to stay in this property (this does not include children and young adults accompanied by their parents).

> Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags will be provided on your initial arrival, any replenishment will be your own responsibility

> Camera on-premises (outside only) overlooking the entrance and the parking spot out back by the garage. No cameras have sight of the pool or inside the home.
> We supply a grill and a propane tank but cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank as needed and for cleaning the grill. Please help us keep the grill clean. A $100 charge will be charged if the grill is left dirty.
> Pool cleaning service is on every Monday. Please do not use the pool while the pool tech is working.
