Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay on Spring Street. Easy walk to the restaurants we booked and plenty of room in the house. We loved that each bedroom had a beautiful bathroom attached for each couple. We didn't use the courtyard but there is nice outdoor space available. Our favorite meal of the trip – and just a 5 minute walk from the house – was at Vern's. Other delicious dining options nearby we enjoyed were By the Way and Darling Oyster Bar. Easy communication, and we even stored out luggage when we arrived since the house was not yet ready.Would stay here again!
