Holly Haven is a newly-renovated and stylish A-frame cabin, tucked away on a private road, amongst rolling pastoral hills and serene mountaintops. The home's expansive windows bring in the scenic views during the day, and at night, a warm glow bounces off the natural wood interior creating a zen-like atmosphere.

This lovely 2-story home is perched amongst the trees on a 1.5 acre wooded property. Situated on a private road with 2 neighboring properties, a long paved driveway leads to the steps towards the front of the home. The home, driveway and path steps are all well lit at night for visibility and your safety.

The brightly colored front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera and keyless door access provide you convenient self check-in and added security.

The foyer is both welcoming and functional, with benches and hooks for your bags and coats, as well as a full-size stacked front-loading washer and dryer. Shoes are encouraged to be removed to help maintain a clean space for you.

As you walk in, the home's expansive windows will take your breath away. An open concept layout with kitchen overlooking the dining and living room creates a spacious, yet cozy environment.

The kitchen includes a full-size stainless steel refrigerator w/ ice maker, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully-stocked with a coffee bar, utensils, bakeware, cookware, knives, blender, mixer, rice maker, pizza stone, fondue set, kids dishes, cleaning supplies, and storage and paper products. Complimentary regular, decaf and flavored ground coffee and pods, tea, filters, and a wide assortment of condiments are provided.

The dining table is surrounded by windows, and seats siz comfortably - great for sharing a meal or playing a board game. Lots of puzzles and games provided to use.

The living room has a 65" screen smart tv with access to all your standard streaming services. The enormous east-facing windows and glass doors lead to an expansive deck with gas grill, picnic table, lounge chairs to lounge with friends and family. At night, the deck railing is adorned with fairy lights, creating a cozy ambiancewhile you gaze at the expansive sky full of stars.

The large primary bedroom is located upstairs in an open loft-style bedroom and has the most spectacular views of the mountains and tree line. Nearby, a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, and wireless speaker, allows you to enjoy the same mountain views. High-speed internet makes this spot perfect for remote workers.

A king bed with soft sheets and glow from the natural wood interior make this the coziest place in the home, in the morning and evening. Room darkening curtains and eye masks have been carefully considered for our guests who may be sensitive to light. A dresser, nightstands and walk-in closet offer plenty of storage. The ensuite bath has a rain shower head and plenty of cabinet space. Complimentary soap, bath tissue, shampoo and conditioner provided in both bathrooms for your convenience.

The guest bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, smart tv, dresser and closet. Room-darkening curtains and wireless phone charger added for your convenience. A folding bed with additional bedding is available in the closet for a 5th guest.

The guest bathroom with shower is across the hall, and includes complimentary toiletries as well.

Outside, leading away from the front door is another stepped pathway to a stone firepit, surrounded by adirondack chairs and lit by the glow string lights.

Corn hole, hammocks, board games and complimentary firewood available.
