Centrally located, close to downtown, Bryn Mawr Hospital & universities.

The Bryn Mawr train station is only 2 walking blocks away. It will get you to downtown Philadelphia in 20 mins and the airport in 45 mins.

Walking distance to over a dozen restaurants with lots of variety, bars, movie theatre, Starbucks and other coffee shops, retail and food stores, and a very large library.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

This small “railroad apartment” (that is, an apartment having distinctive living spaces that meet a variety of functions such as gathering, eating, cooking, bathroom and respective sleeping quarters joined together by a lengthy hallway) is just a gem! Less than a full block from Bryn Mawr, PA’s renown Lancaster Avenue, the ample space is situated on a quiet street just steps from eateries and other intriguing shops. Will definitely rent again, if the need arises!

Dual Purpose Stay

We needed a convenient location near the Proving Grounds in Conshohocken along with good WiFi and an Ethernet connection. Dave’s apartment checked all of our boxes for our overnight stay. He communicated well with us and the place was clean and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Nice place

Dave is an excellent communicator. He responded to texts within minutes. The space is very clean and nicely decorated. It has a full kitchen and everything you need to cook meals there. It is 1 block from the movie theatre and several nice restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Showering at off hours provided tons of hot water; but no hot water when showering at 7:30am. We were able to hear the TV from the downstairs neighbor while in the living room but the sound did not travel when in the bedroom. Overall, this is a lovely property and we would stay here again

Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city.
