Voici ce que vous obtenez à Karr Beach House ... un chalet de plage confortable conçu pour se sentir "beachy" et vous fournir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et profiter dÚs que vous franchissez la porte. Notre maison a été construite en 1926 et nous avons réussi à conserver une grande partie de son charme et son caractÚre sans sacrifier la commodité et le confort de nos clients. Je suis le propriétaire, Darren, et je suis ici pour vous fournir le meilleur service. Appel, SMS ou e-mail ... Je les reçois tous et réponds RAPIDEMENT!

DĂ©tendez-vous prĂšs du foyer au bois, promenez-vous au centre-ville (10 min) le long de la promenade maritime, jouez dans l’eau sur nos planches de skim et boogie (body surfing), faites griller votre plat prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©, faites un feu de joie sur la plage ( 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons) ... Tout est prĂȘt et vous attend!

Notre maison est chien amical, ainsi que la plage! Nous avons une cour clÎturée pour les grands et les petits chiens. La plage entiÚre est un paradis de chien sans laisse (les propriétaires sont trÚs responsables et attentifs à leurs chiens). C'est une excellente opportunité pour votre chien de courir et de se faire de nouveaux amis. RAPPEL: Nous ne vous facturerons pas de frais d'animal!

NOTE: Notre maison va dormir 8 personnes, mais c'est assez serré pour 8 adultes, surtout quand il y a plusieurs femmes. Les lits superposés sont plus adaptés pour les adolescents ou les petits adultes. La salle de bain est le principal problÚme pour un grand groupe avec plusieurs femmes. Nous avons souvent 8 invités et ça marche trÚs bien pour eux. Tout dépend du groupe. Nous avons un Pack 'n Play pour les plus petits.

Notre maison comprend:

* Lit king, Queen (matelas Casper!) lit, lits superposés (2 lits au total), un canapé-lit et Pack 'n Play

* 2 pistolets de palourde, un filet Ă  palourdes, une pelle Ă  palourdes (Ă©galement bon pour creuser un foyer sur la plage!). Tout ce que vous avez besoin est une licence! PĂȘche aux coques dans l'Oregon est ouvert toute l'annĂ©e, mais certaines dates sont fermĂ©s pour des raisons de santĂ© et de sĂ©curitĂ©.

* 1 crabe piÚge, une bague de crabe, un pot de crabe d'ébullition. Vous pouvez attraper le crabe du pont de la rue 12 (environ trois pùtés de maisons de la maison). Crabbing est ouvert toute l'année dans l'Oregon.

* 1 barbecue Ă  gaz, 1 barbecue charbon

* Les chaises de plage, jouets de plage, seaux, pelles, etc.

* Internet WiFi haut débit

* Xbox 360 avec deux contrĂŽleurs sans fil.

* 4K HD TV avec DISH

The beach access is great - just a block away. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely not book it for 8 people - I would say it would sleep 6, but the living/sitting space would be tight even with 6 - we had 4 adults and 2 dogs.

Great location to the beach and easily walkable for all of seaside. The house had a strong smell and the carpet and floors were dirty- our socks were brown from walking around. There were also big spiders in the bathroom and a hornets nest somewhere (my dad got stung twice). The layout is interesting as you walk through the bathroom to get into the garage so doesn’t feel very private. We left a day early because of these things.

One more night at the ocean

We had a different house for our week stay and wanted to stay another night and found this home available.We did not use the kitchen looked like it had everything needed although looked like it could use a good cleaning. Bathroom was a bit sketchy too although clean.The location was great! And the Seaveiw are was full of great places to eat and have fun at!One note is that the couches were terrible to sit on as they were very old and very well used. We love to sit and talk at night then watch a movie and it was hard to do not enough space and very uncomfortable couch's.

Very cute, old house in a quiet part of town. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had the basics for breakfasts before exploring the town and the beach. The beach is very close and accessible and the house came with a bunch of beach toys, chairs, towels, and even some fishing gear and a clam gun! The kids enjoyed playing the arcade games and the other toys. The parking is a bit tight if you need to park in the garage, but there is an outside spot provided as well. We had a great time and would love to stay again sometime!

Very pet and friendly beach house

Our family of 5 had a great time at this house. Perfect size and loved having a little yard to let dogs out and even the 5 year old play in. Bedrooms were nicely arranged. Short little walk to beach. We would love to stay here again.

National Park vacation

8 of us stayed and had plenty of space for our group. The bathroom situation is odd but it worked. Parking was tight as we had an F150 Supercrew and Ford Explorer. Half of ate at Dooger’s and the others did chipotle at the house. Portions at both were generous.

The location and neighborhood were perfect.Would suggest the place be updated some, maybe include carpet and furniture shampooing.After reading some of the comments in the book, looks like this place has not had any upgrades for about 20-25 years.

This little cottage was perfect for our brief stay in Seaside. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the interior was cozy and comfortable for the three of us (2 adults and teen-aged daughter). Nice decorations added to the beach-side atmosphere - we enjoyed the vintage ambience.

It was cold and unpleasant I didn’t expect the heating to be unregulated. The bathroom was like walking into a freezer. Video game in the garage was broken. Dogfood in the couch, on the floor. We only rent with no pets because our grandkids are allergic no air vent in the kitchen, can’t open then window a burner on the store didn’t work. We didn’t think anyone was cleaning it. I don’t ever give a bad review but felt the owners needed to know.

Thanksgiving trip

Everything we needed

Cozy and comfortable. Listing was very accurate/honest about limitations (one small bathroom, small bunk room for kids). Property manager was extremely responsive when we had an issue with dishwasher. Broken travel crib was replaced immediately. Loved walking to beach and to town on the promenade!

We love Seaside. It's only 1.5 hours away from the Portland area and is the quintessential beach town. Seaside offers everything we looked for in a beach town. Downtown Seaside is about 11 blocks away from the house and is less than a 15 minute walk.

Our house is our second home. We set it up so we could visit at any time and not have to worry about bringing a bunch of things with us. We want this to be the same for our renters. We want our guests to feel at home at our house and we make it as easy as possible to do that. We also have an easy entrance system in place so there's no need to stop by and pick up a key. We also make it easier on our guests by not asking them to clean when they leave. We want your stay to be as relaxing and trouble-free as possible.
