We really enjoyed our stay. Even through the weather was a little chilly, the pool nicely heated and amenities around the area kept us busy. This house was very spacious and clean. Thank you!

Pelican

We really liked the location, it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed walking on the bike/walking trail that was really close.. The outdoor patio was great to grill, watch tv and of course the pool. It was a fun stay!

Relaxing

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool, grilling, and using the lanai. The host was great with communicating with us, the location was nice, and it was clean. We would love to stay here again!

A great place to stay!

This was our second stay at this property. The property is wonderful. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Very clean, very well maintained. The property manager is very responsive to any communications. The pool is well heated, was very comfortable on even some cold days we had. One of, if not the best property I have stayed at in the area.

Wonderful house in Cape Coral

The house is absolutely wonderful and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The view over the pool towards the canal is fabulous (especially in the evening before sunset). The neighbourhood is very quite. From the property you can get easily to Sanibel Island or Napels within 1 hour, so a perfect spot if you would like to discover Florida. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back in the future for sure

Amazing

We arrived directly from Germany after a long flight and were immediately thrilled. The house is wonderful, very well-equipped, and very clean. The pool was perfectly tempered and also very clean. There was even pool service in between, which we really appreciated. One evening, there was a total power outage after a storm. After a brief consultation with the agency, help was immediately arranged. The utility company even came late at night and fixed the problem. We are very impressed with the house, the landlord, and the agency, and we can only express our heartfelt thanks for the excellent stay.

Goegeous home

If you are looking for privacy, this is NOT the house for you! If you dont care, this house is simply amazing! it is brand new and thanks to my input/additions, this house is spectacular for being ooutdoors and enjoying the lania and the pool. It is on a canal and the folks across the canal you can hear and see daily (not private). For now, there are no houses on either side of the home. It is large, spacious and I loved the two dens in case you have company. I would definitely stay here again but we like privacy. The owner is terrific and amazing! He is open to suggestions and he valued and appreciated my upgrades and suggestions.

Split opinion

The inside of the house was great. Exactly as shown in the pictures and clean. We were disapointed with the pool area. It looked run down and unkept. There were weeds growing in several places, what looked like moss in various spots between the tiles. One sun lounge cusion had a rip in it, and the backsides of the cusions were dirty and had green mildew stains. Not really something you want to lay down on. The grill looked like it had never been cleaned. One of the chairs was broken (in the garage), so we only had seating for 3 at the table outside. Due to hurricane Milton, there was also a lot of sand/dirt on the ground around the pool and serfaces. The windows were also quite dirty (from the out side). We did inform the house management company of this, but other than having some one come by to clean one! of the windows nothing else was done. We spent about 2 hours cleaning the pool area, windows in the kitchen, and the grill. Not really how we wanted to spend our time. We unexpectedly met the owner of the house. Even though he was busy fixing up hurricane damage to other properties, he still made time to remove the weeds. It would have been nice to have a name of a personal contact from the house mangement. All correspondence was in name of the company only. Every Saturday (7a.m-9p.m.) there were football games at the complex across the street including music, floodlights and announcer. So this would also be something to consider. All in all ee still had a good time.

Viel Luft nach oben

Im großen und ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen. Foto und Beschreibung passen soweit. Negativ: in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt kamen 3 externe Firmen um Wartungen durchzufĂŒhren. Das war einmal die Poolreinigung, weshalb wir 2 Stunden den Pool nicht nutzen durften. Dann kam der KamerjĂ€ger der Gift rund ums Haus versprĂŒht hat. Zum Schluss kam noch jemand, der einen Leck im Pool gesucht hat. Dann waren beide Gasflaschen fĂŒr den Grill leer. Wenn man Ausscheckt, wird man Aufgefordert, noch einige Reinigungsarbeiten durchzufĂŒhren. FĂŒr uns war das Preis/Leistungspaket eher ungenĂŒgend. WĂŒrden wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal buchen
