Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, the Pearl offers plenty of space for up to 10 guests and includes not 1 but 3 ensuite master bedrooms, pushing comfort and privacy to the forefront of the amenities.

While you are likely to be out on the lanai or out finding some local adventures, the living room is fully stocked with the latest technology for you to enjoy in your downtime. Furnished with an oversized sectional, custom lighting with infinite effects and a built-in electronic fireplace, this area of the home is perfect entertaining your guests or just recharging after a long day out.

At the heart of the home, Villa the Pearl offers the best in both kitchen appliances and amenities and you’ll have everything you need on hand to create your favorite recipes. Of course, in keeping with the theme, this space is sleek, open and inviting, with a large marble island for guests to sit at, allowing you to entertain while you cook.

The highlight of the house though, is the capacity to transform the living area. The entire back wall of the great room slides away and opens up into the lanai, turning the Pearl into an indoor, outdoor oasis. Outside you’ll have amenities like a gourmet kitchen and separate entertainment area, complete with a huge flat screen TV and built in fireplace. Such a beautiful house!!!

We booked this house for a girls trip and it was fabulous! 5 bedrooms, all with king sized beds, so everyone had their own room and only 2 of us shared a bathroom. The house is quite spacious - huge kitchen and kiving area, good sized bedrooms and a huge lanai with a pool, an outdoor kitchen and a whole other living area with a giant tv! Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook some meals when we didn't feel like going out, we used the grill in the lanai and it was very clean and ready to use. It's close enough to local beaches and Ft. Meyers beaches, as well as many good restaurants, grocery stores, liqstor stores, etc. Perfect for our girls trip! The only issue we had was figuring out some of the controls and getting the pool heat turned off, but the host/property manager was really quick to respond - they sent a pool tech out and even dropped a dust mop off for our ocd clean freak friend traveling with us! Made it really easy for us to kick back and enjoy our trip - such a great experience!

Family Trip

Beautiful house. The only issue was the problems with the pool and spa, that required constant monitoring to keep the spa temps up. The pool was unusable for 2 days because it turned green after the pool service.

Beautiful Home

Amazing updated home. 9 of us had a fantastic stay over Thanksgiving. Outside kitchen area/pool/hot tub was used so much. Was peaceful and quiet. We will be back!
