Beautiful lodge on secluded, wooded property with a great location -- only minutes to Old Man's Cave, Rock House, and Conkle's Hollow. The Hocking Hills State Forest and bridle trail are just outside your door. The Starry Knight Lodge has 4 private bedrooms, 4.5 baths, with 3,000 square feet of living space. Custom cherry cabinets, doors, and paneling. Master en-suite bedroom with Queen size log bed. Two private en-suite bedrooms upstairs with Queen size beds and twin trundle sets. Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies with porch swings to enjoy some personal outdoor quite time. Lower-level bedroom with Queen bed and nearby double sink bathroom. Additional lower-level bunk bed -- Twin over Full.
Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen with new stove and ultra-quiet dishwasher! Beautiful oak dining table for sharing meals. Grill (out of the rain!) on the full wrap-around porch (main deck) just outside of the kitchen. Three stone wood-burning fireplaces, 2 indoor and 1 on the main deck. The main deck also has a 3rd porch swing along with 2 patio tables that seat 12 for outdoor dining. Walk out the finished lower level to a private hot tub. You may also enjoy roasting hot dogs and s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. Complimentary WiFi, YouTube TV app with 100+ channels, and a Blu Ray player with numerous DVDs, a foosball table, a board/card game table, and numerous board games -- perfect entertainment for those occasional rainy days.

Bedding needs update, bad mattresses , needs new bedspread, sheets, towels smelled bad and kitchen rags and towels smelled bad. Shower very small hard for men. Don't ask me to tip your cleaners. Already paying for cleaning. Kitchen table outdated and center kept pulling apart. Spend some money and update cabin.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry Starry Knight did not meet your expectations. We take guests input seriously and and we have followed up with our housekeeping team. We have not received similar complaints, and we have many returning guests , but we certainly will continue to monitor these items closely. We do invest in the property, including significant recent improvements such as a new furnace and lower-deck replacement. We appreciate all guest feedback and use it to identify areas where additional updates may be beneficial.

We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The place was very clean when we arrived and there was a lot of room for the 7 of us. Although we enjoyed the hot tub, it was a little dirty and looked as though it could use fresh water in it.

Great space, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed! The only complaint was that the basement had a musty, dampness which could probably be helped by a dehumidifier. The basement also smelled strongly of campfire. Great central location for Hocking Hills trails. Comfortable and cozy house!

Great stay in Hocking Hills

We had a great time at Starry Knight in Hocking Hills! The cabin was well-equipped and looked just like the pictures. It had more than enough space for our multi-generational family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin to friends and family!

Perfect Spot!

We had such a wonderful two night stay! We ranged in ages from 2 to 70 and everyone of us had a blast! Room for the whole group to sleep comfortably and gather or spread out. The fireplace outside drew all of us and we sat for hours around it talking and laughing! Perfect location for walks with little ones and a little exploring in the woods!

Starry Knight Lodge was incredible! very comfortable for our varied crew: 1 and 4 yr olds and adults. Extremely clean, having a bathroom for every bedroom was a bonus. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with pans/utensils/dishes etc. Excellant firepit area. The wrap around deck was well used - a way for people to get their own space and still be outside.Great location to go into Hocking Hills! Valerie was an excellant host - very prompt and thorough in answering my many questions. I'd highly recommend this lodge or their many other properties
