I wish I could give this place more than five stars; it was perfect. We were competing at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center, and what a glorious place to come home to after a hard day! It was clean, so many great amenities, the beds were comfortable, and what a fantastic location. I certainly hope I can stay there again. The host was extremely communicative, it was easy to get in and out of, great kitchen, and lots of room for parking. A very quiet neighborhood, too. Just a fantastic B&B.

Very nice house quiet neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and stores. One thing to note the yard isn’t completely fenced. Would stay again for sure.

We traveled to Katy for an equestrian competition for our daughter and this house couldn’t have been more perfect with regard to location and amenities in the home! There is a very bright street light outside of the house so if you are light sensitive at night, be sure and bring eye covers, but if we were to return to Katy again, we would stay there in a heartbeat! The house is well appointed, very clean and a wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Katy! The home was quiet, comfortable, and very modern. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. We especially appreciated the toiletries and snacks that were provided—those little extras were such a nice touch and made us feel welcomed.The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved being able to easily control the A/C to keep the home at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay.Our only concern was privacy. The glass front door allowed visibility from the front of the home toward the back, and the window shades did not provide as much privacy as we would have preferred. At night, it’s easy to see the tv and our silhouette from outside. Adding additional privacy coverings to the front door and windows would definitely make the home feel more private and secure.Other than that, our stay was great! The host was very accommodating and responsive, and we truly enjoyed the home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the Katy area!

We actually do have a dual-layer roller shade system on the windows featuring both light-filtering and full blackout options. I apologize if the blackout feature was easily missed during your stay, and I will make sure we add clearer instructions for future guests so everyone can easily utilize them for complete privacy at night. Regarding the custom glass and iron front door, this is a deliberate architectural feature designed to capture the beautiful, high-end aesthetics commonly found in luxury neighborhoods like River Oaks. That being said, we completely understand your perspective on nighttime visibility and will definitely consider adding a pull-down privacy shade to the front door in the future to give guests an extra option for privacy. Thank you again for being such a great guest, and we would absolutely love to host you again next time you visit Katy!

Lovely Modern home

We enjoyed staying at this lovely house. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were generous to supply essentials like detergent pods for laundry, coffee and cream, iron, blow dryers, and face wipes. We had a delightful weekend at this home. I highly recommend staying at the property.
