Armstrong Corset Lofts Unit 303

Le parking n'est pas inclus, mais il y a un garage payant sur la 5Úme avenue que vous pouvez réserver en ligne et également un terrain de surface payant sur la 6Úme avenue.

Nous avons Ă©galement construit des consignes Ă  bagages oĂč les clients qui arrivent tĂŽt ou partent tard peuvent stocker leurs bagages.

Il s'agit d'un bùtiment historique de 3 étages sur la 5e Avenue des Arts au centre-ville de Nashville. Au début des années 1900, c'était la boutique Armstrong Corset. Pendant 4 ans, j'ai rénové le 3e étage et le toit en 3 lofts uniques.

Il y a un escalier en colimaçon de 17 pieds que nous avons soudé en place, ce qui mÚne à une terrasse privée sur le toit au milieu du centre-ville. Sols en béton teint. Brique apparente et 4 puits de lumiÚre. Table de ferme et table basse soudées sur mesure. 2 lits king-size. Commodes antiques, tapis, buffet, Chesterfield. Grange en porcelaine vintage et lumiÚres de l'armée. Une presse française. Un cocktail shaker. Une machine Nespresso. Téléviseur 55 ".

L'unité 303 est à vous. Il y a 3 lofts au 3Úme étage.

Fantastic place for 4 adults. Very clean. The security of the building is top notch. There are 4 codes to get in the different door's and elevator. Walking distance to everything you want to see in downtown. My only complaint, only 4 sets of towels (2in each bathroom). Im good with using a towel a few days in a row but not wash cloths. There is a Walgreens across the street so bought a couple of bath puffs. Overall great place and would stay here again.

The loft was exactly as described and pictured, very neat place to stay and walking distance to most things. Beds were very comfortable, just as others have mentioned. We will definitely stay again.

Great Loft in Nashville

The loft was very clean. The beds were awesome & so comfortable! The private rooftop option was unique and great for early mornings and/or evening. This unit had so much character and was great for the two couples in our party. Proximity was great to walk to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, etc. The host was very helpful & responsive. We found reasonable parking nearby & it really wasn’t an issue because we walked everywhere anyway. Great visit!

Best place to stay in Nashville

This is our second stay in 303 for a girl trip. Absolutely adorable. Had a small issue which was dealt with immediately. Small table on roof is perfect for an afternoon cocktail. Beds are SUPER comfortable. Full kitchen with Nespresso. Close to so many great restaurants and bars. Loved every minute ❀

Great location. Horrible parking and cost

Great location. Best thing to say about the property. Too expensive. Cheaper to get multiple rooms in a hotel especially with the addition $300 in parking lots due to no dedicated parking for the loft. If I knew everything about it, I would definitely have just stayed in the Hilton hotel.

BEST NASHVILLE LOFT!

This place is amazing!! Beds were fantastic! Very clean and very comfortable! Hair dryer and iron provided! This location is perfect ! Starbucks and Walgreens are literally across the street! 3 min walk to Broadway! 1 Block from 417 Union( best breakfast) and Pucketts is next door! I will 1000% stay here again ! This place is very secure and safe ! You have to go through 3 locked doors and enter codes to get to your floor which makes me feel safe and comfortable knowing that people on the streets can’t just walk in ! The kitchen is also a plus bc you can have drinks and snacks the whole time you stay and also a full sized refrigerator! Fully stocked kitchen ! Comfy couches and chairs ! Roof top deck was a 10!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would !! Best place we have ever stayed by far!

Perfectly perfect!

This was our second stay in these lofts. Last year, my husband and I stayed in the one bedroom unit, this year we returned with our two daughters so stayed in the two bedroom loft. I honestly can’t say enough good about our return visit. These lofts are so amazing in every way! Location is a short walk to almost everything. Even though Broadway is so close, this street is quiet and has a neighbourhood feel. The building itself is so beautiful- historic, trendy, safe and comfortable! The two bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen and fun living room felt like home from the first moment we stepped in. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. It was a nice touch to have the radio playing when we walked in-the perfect start to a week filled with music ! The rooftop patio was enjoyed only briefly due to the heat wave, but we did still celebrate my husband’s birthday up there, toasting to the skies over Nashville. Vijay is such a wonderful and available host. I never had a moment I didn’t feel supported or appreciated as a guest. There were tears when we left- there is no doubt in my mind we will return to these lofts year after year. Not a single negative- don’t hesitate
. Just book! You won’t be sorry!

Perfect location. Easy walk to the middle of Broadway, but away from the noise. Coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay

Loved this VRBO. We did pay a premium to be in the heart of downtown but location was perfect, just a few blocks from the Honkytonks of Broadway and across from a Walgreens which was super convenient. One of our biggest complaints about VRBOs is bedding but this place nailed it. Super soft luxury sheets and plenty of pillows and a good mattress enabling us to start each day fresh. The rooftop access was awesome and we loved listening to Johnny Cash on the record player. We would for sure stay here again.

Wonderful

Went to Nashville for a girls weekend and the loft was amazing. Loved the vibe of the place. The rooftop deck was perfect for late night drinks and talks. Close to everything. Expensive (in my opinion) but worth every penny!

Amazing character loft in great downtown location

Beautiful loft full of charm with all the comforts of home, located just off the main drag with all the action. Loft is perfect for two couples with comfy king beds and great common spaces and an added bonus of a rooftop space. Great place in a perfect location!

Weekend in Nashville

The location was awesome, a very quick walk to Broadway and the loft was perfect for our weekend getaway with our adult kids. Definitely recommend, we will be back! The new 5th & Broadway shops and Assembly Hall Food Court was a great add to the city- 2 blocks from this property!!

Absolutely Fantastic!

Even better than advertised! I am a local who had 4 friends in town to celebrate our 40th birthdays. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax comfortably. The location is PERFECT and the rooftop deck is a gem in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance. If you are considering any of the Corset Lofts, don’t even hesitate to book. Vijay is fantastic and this place can’t be beat!
