We love our property! Serene lake views, light and bright interior, lovely front lanai with comfy sofa, two chairs, cocktail table and additional seating with ottomans! Rear lanai has nice lake view with seating for four.
The Master Suite has an all-new King Size Bed with Upholstered Headboard, two nightstands, and an ample-sized dresser. Blackout curtains provide guests with absolute darkness for a great night's sleep.
The Master Bath has a walk-in tiled shower, a two-sink large vanity and large mirror. A linen closet holds 100% White Cotton bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Also housed in the linen closet are six beach towels.
Dedicated walk-in closet completes the Suite, and include an ample laundry hamper, plenty of hangers, an ironing board, iron, and full-length mirror.
The Guest Room has brand new Twin XL Beds that can quickly convert into a King Size Beds, to suit your family or friends needs. Done in a colorful beachy theme, there is plenty of storage in a chest of drawers, nightstand, baskets and closet. Blackout curtains ensure a great night's sleep.
The Guest Bathroom is a tub/shower combination done in a nice Navy nautical decor.
The Living Area is light and bright and features a beautiful leather dual-reclining sofa, two upholstered 360-degree swivel chairs, 65" TV and console, cocktail table, two end tables and designer lighting. The console table stores several games and reading material for your enjoyment. Internet comes with your stay and many channels are at your disposal.
The Kitchen Area features a large island with quartz countertops and three 360-degree swivel bar stools. A large pantry, bar area, full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher complete the kitchen. Several small appliances, including toaster, a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo, coffee grinder, electric mixer, and blender are conveniently stored in the cabinets, along with barware, glass and plastic drinkware, dishes, serving ware, cookware, cutting boards, and kitchen gadgets.
The Dining Area has room for six people and two large windows provide lovely views.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the rear lanai, which features a table and four chairs. Walk out lanai provides easy accessibility for your dog's needs.
The Front Lanai is large and welcoming. It's easy to entertain friend and family here with a large sofa, two large chairs, a cocktail table and additional seating with two ottomans.
Our community is located close to our quaint boating town of Punta Gorda, where you can fish, boat and dine at various restaurants including our renown Fisherman's Village. The great harbor, rivers and the Gulf of Mexico provide the region with waterfront to spare.
Punta Gorda began its life in the 1880s as a deepwater seaport and railroad resort town. Situated at the mouth of the Peace River, its old mansions, remembering a heyday of high living, line the waterfront across from lovely Gilchrist Park. The park today serves as a gathering spot for strollers, bikers and the occasional evening musical jam session.
There are beautiful beaches within an hour's drive including the #1 Beach in Florida - Siesta Key, as well as Englewood Beach, Venice Beach, Boca Grande and more!
The bustling cultural city of Sarasota is about an hour's drive North and offers visitors an eclectic blend of culture and fine dining, pristine beaches, and a wide array of shopping opportunities.
About an hour South is Naples, a lux destination featuring Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South, where there is plenty of galleries, boutiques and eateries. Along the way, stop by Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs, all beautiful towns with so much to offer, including the Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring Training Teams, wonderful shopping at Coconut Point, and the beautiful beaches of Lovers Key and Barefoot Beach.

Beautiful property; great golf
I gave the property five stars because it is beautiful! It is brand new and the owner left no stone unturned to accommodate her guests. The condo has everything you can imagine for the comforts of home.
The golf course is beautiful! The rate cannot be beat. We played 13 times in 23 days. It was a small learning curve using their tee time reservation system but it worked out just fine. We never had any issues getting a tee time and playing with the gators!
I had to rate the property as five stars as it is not the owners fault that we had poor weather our entire stay. We played in three layers of jackets every round. It was cold and windy. It was very disappointing. As a result, we never went to the pool. We found very little to do in the area other than Fisherman’s Village. It is quite a drive to the beaches and it was too cold anyway. So we cut our stay short by five days and went home. I was not impressed with the Punta Gorda area. I am glad we tried it as the resort was nice but outside of Heritage Landing is not to my liking.
We especially appreciate the property being pet friendly as we took our little French Bulldog. He adjusted very quickly.
Perhaps we would feel a little different had we experienced what we thought was Florida weather. We had several employees at the golf shop tell us it was the coldest December in nine years.
We had one small issue with the property upon check in that the property owner quickly corrected.
