This was a delightful property. It’s was as described and the photos were accurate. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. In the back of the property was a beautiful garden area that went back to an old golf course. It was well maintained with beautiful gardens and pretty lanterns. It was perfect for taking a stroll and walking our dog. This property is in great area for riding bikes and walking. The beach is beautiful and is about a 10 minute walk through a beautiful natural area on a well paved path. You can also ride your bicycle to the beach on this path. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Thomas! We’re sorry to hear that you had difficulty finding the property at night. We do know the Plantation can indeed be confusing to navigate, especially with all the winding roads and trees that add to its beauty and serenity. We’re so glad our AIG Management team was able to assist you over the phone and guide you until you arrived. Providing excellent customer service is a priority for us, and we’re happy to hear that our efforts helped. We do include a map of the Omni Plantation in the check-in package to further assist guests, as we understand that phone navigation can be tricky in this area. Based on your feedback, we’ll also review how we can improve our directions to make it even clearer. Thank you again for your valuable input, and we hope to welcome you back soon! :)

Comfortable and convenient

Great accommodations that have been updated and renovated nicely. We checked in a day after Hurricane Helene struck the area. Phone calls to the contact phone number provided in our reservation confirmation went unanswered and left us wondering what the status of things might be on the resort. We live about an hour north on SSI and knew that power outages and downed trees were likely, but decided to drive down anyway. Enjoyed the Villa. Glad we made the trip.
