A peaceful stay

Situated in the heart of Tavares several restaurants and Publix within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Very neat and clean place.

Easy stay

Everything went well from checkin to check out. Clean comfortable property in a quiet neighborhood. Host provided clear check in instructions and was very helpful and easy to work with. Would stay here again when in the area.

Everything was nice, clean, comfortable, and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again. The grocery store is conveniently up the street along with some fast food places and a gas station. Thank you to the host for a pleasant stay.

Perfect space for our Stay

Property was easy to locate and enter. Unit had what we needed for our stay. Quiet and peaceful all the way around. Great neighborhood to go for walks and Publix was a short distance away. We will definitely book again when we come back to visit friends in the area. Thanks again for a great trip.

Clean, spacious, and friendly people.

The accommodations are more than nice, comes with everything we needed. Large bedroom, lots of space for clothes. The amenities are plentiful… we stayed here for about a month while on vacation. Great location as we could walk to publix. Really appreciative of the staff, who have been more than flexible and kind. Would 100% recommend staying here.

All that and more!

I was expecting a room with an adjacent bathroom and was quite pleasantly surprised to find an entire, neatly kept apartment in a nice, new development close to where we wanted to be! Instructions for access were clearly communicated, and this place was a very pleasant retreat for our evenings after long days. Only thing missing is there is no pool.

Exactly what I expected

If you just want a place to rest your head after going to Disney or going out all day this place is perfect. It was a little dusty and not enough toiletries like towels and rags but for the price it was great. If you are not looking to spend much time in the actual Airbnb except for a comfortable night sleep, I would recommend.

Neat little gem

It’s an odd adult retirement neighborhood. Under construction. Felt empty but I saw people so was there for a roof over my head not a community and it’s 10-15 minutes from most places a nice easy drive and fairly well maintained . Would stay here again. For myself

Needs renovation and thorough cleaning. A few cockroaches were seen. Remove the mold on wall next to the shower. Steam clean or wash all rugs. Will not rent again.

Property was just fine, clean, convenient. TAKE YOUR EMAIL WITH YOU. I failed to take the directions and codes with me. Owner does not response quickly to phone calls, I called Travelocity and they were very helpful.
