Searchin' for your lost shaker of salt? ON the CALIFORNIA SIDE in RIVER LODGE RESORT! You've found it! Margaritaville, a WATERFRONT tiny home just steps away from the beautiful Colorado river. Close to launch ramp & dock for easy access to river fun. No boat? Take up fishing, hiking, offroading, playin big at the casino, hoppin' around riverfront bars or just enjoying each-other's company on the spacious patio with a gas grill and gorgeous views. 3 queen beds, multiple TVs, WIFI & COLD A/Cs when you need a lil break from outdoors.

River Lodge Resort is a beautiful 96-acre campground on the Colorado River. RV park, bungalow rentals, Tiny Home sales, 9-hole golf course, RV/boat storage, two boat launches, clubhouse with gym and a general store. Unpretentious, old-school campground with a few modern conveniences like park-wide WIFI and a riverfront yoga studio.

This place is super cute and had everything we needed! Super clean, and just as advertised. The back patio on the water is amazing, you can’t beat it. We had a great time and we’d definitely be back.

No one around to help us find the house when we arrived.No signal to call or send messages.WiFi was off once we found the house and got into the house, couldn’t log into it until we discovered that after turning all of the light switches on, one of them turned the WiFi on.The key could hardly get into the key holes, the doorknob lock and deadbolt would barely turn to unlock.Once into the house, the kitchen was clean even though the dishes weren’t; the bathroom was clean; the downstairs bedroom was clean; and the living room was clean.Numerous dishes were dirty where old food was still on them and a hair was inside a mixing bowl.The loft was covered in a noticeable layer of dust and food crumbs.The check out instructions on top of the fridge are the only instructions I could find.They stated to put dirty linens into a hamper which could not be located.Once I removed the pillow cases, a blood stain was noted on the pillow for the downstairs bed. It’s just the cost of a pillow, it should have been thrown away and a new one provided in this business, very cheap and so disgusting.There’s a sewer leak or something because the stench was smelled constantly under the carport.We decided to check out a night earlier than what we paid for because I just couldn’t take one more night in that bed downstairs which was so uncomfortable. It felt like cardboard over springs.

Filthy house, wasn’t cleaned before arrival. Loft bedspreads were stained, floor had a huge stain and TV was missing. Pillows on couch were cat scratched. Fridge was dirty with sand and hair on shelves. Too close to next door neighbors, no privacy. Neighbors are loud (maybe because the homesites are just too close), Back screen door kept falling off. Not at all as described on Vrbo. The River Lodge Resort is old, outdated and not maintained. The only plus was the host answered my call immediately and got me to another place and was very apologetic. House keeper did not inform host that she did not go to house and clean. I also was refunded the cleaning fee portion of the cost of the stay. I chose this place because the listing pics showed a very clean home and nice resort. Come to find out a family member stayed at a place at the River Lodge last year and didn’t realize we were staying there or he would have told us to stay clear from the River Lodge, his rental was also filthy. So my recommendation is to not unload your vehicle of all your stuff before checking out the rental first and do not stay at any place at the River Lodge! The second place we were taken to was not so great either.
