Le grand balcon est privé à l'unité et est assez grand pour manger en plein air. Le salon est meublé avec des canapés en cuir, plasma 50 pouces, systÚme de divertissement complet avec un son surround, DVD, iPod et crochet de sorte que vous pouvez écouter tous vos morceaux préférés. La chambre principale dispose d'un mur monté plasma 43 pouces. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 19 pouces avec lecteur DVD. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, et est entiÚrement équipé avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, de la verrerie et des plaques.

The host was wonderful in communicating. Our disappointment was that there was no hair dryer, no soap or shampoo. The view was beautiful....but 4 flights of stairs was a challenge with all we had to carry up.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The balcony overlooking the condo was our go to coffee spot every morning. Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen looked well equipped but we only used the coffee pot and wine glasses as we ate out everyday. Why cook with so many good restaurants close by. There were plenty of towels along with a wide assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.Condo was walking distance to most restaurants if you are able to walk 3/4 mile each way to the farthest. Old town St Augustine is about 5 miles from condo.Would definitely stay here again.

Short oceanfront stay

Great location and spacious property with large balcony. Everything you can think of was there including beach chairs and umbrella. Some issues with shortages in primary bathroom and balcony, could be easily repaired. We loved our visit and would gladly stay again!

This condo unit is very nice. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The view is lovely being on the 3rd floor. There are a lot of steps and no elevator so if you can’t climb steps this might be difficult. It’s very quiet and so close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The host is accessible and answers all questions immediately.

We really enjoyed the condo. All was as advertised - the condo was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the big patio and the view of the beach couldn’t be beat. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Only suggestion is some tall chairs on the patio so you don’t have to look through the railing!

Nice stay by the beach

This top floor (Level 3) apartment has great views over the top of the dunes to the beach and ocean and the balcony really IS as wide as the photos show! Parking is conveniently at the bottom of the stairs (no elevator). The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable. The patio door on to the balcony is showing it's age and frequent use and is heavy to slide on the rails, but that was the only fault.The beach here is lovely and wide with firm sand which is easy to walk on, and there are lots of eating places a short walk away.I enjoyed my 4 night stay here.

Delightfully surprised

There was so much to do in the area and so much history to explore. Just a short trip into St. Augustine or to various state parks, attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. The view of the Atlantic and the sound of the waves at night made for a great nights sleep.

Perfect Location

This condo is wonderfully located for everything you want to do. It is a short 10 minute drive to old town. It is within walking distance of several very good restaurants. Best of all, it sits on an outstanding sand beach which you can walk on for miles. An added bonus is the amazing sunrises on the large balcony.

I lived in St. Augustine from 1998 thru 2007 before moving to Jacksonville for employment purposes where I reside now. Decided to rent the condo instead of sell for my daughters to enjoy in the future.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I actually rented a condo for four years in Island South before purchasing in 2002. I looked around in St.Augustine for about 6 months before deciding to purchase in Island South. I felt that Island South was the best condominium complex in St. Augustine. There is only 36 units which makes it more quaint and relaxing then the other big condominium complexes. The grounds are very well manicured and the pool area is always kept clean. It is also located on the most desirable part of St. Augustine beach where driving is prohibited.
