Welcome to Paradise

This guest house located in Lincolnville, a historical neighborhood, offers comfort and privacy within walking distance to Old Town.
Inside, the sleeping area is spacious and accommodates a queen-size bed with clean bedding. A table and chairs, kitchenet, refrigerator freezer. There is a Keurig coffee pot with plenty of different flavor pods, cream and sugar, plus tea bags.
In the bathroom, plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer.
Outdoors you will enjoy the private deck with table, umbrella and chairs.
One of best advantages of this guest house is the location, walking distance to Old Town, the Distillery and other nearby attractions and restaurants.
Secondly, off-street parking, which is at a premium in our town.

Bea was so nice and her pups were adorable. They played with my pup and made her feel at home. Everything was clean and comfortable, especially that bed! Loved the sweet back yard and how convenient the location was.

The space was comfortable/safe, amenities were gracious, and location can’t be beat! Plus, their sweet pup Howie had us wrapped around his finger :) My husband and I both agreed this was one of our favorite spots we’ve ever stayed at. We hope to be back one day!

A wonderful place for two!

We loved this little cottage! Very clean and cozy, super friendly owner, and in the beautiful historic district. A very short walk to downtown and all the sites, plus the trolley tour has a stop very close by. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Perfect Stay

The place was just as advertised. It was spotless, comfortable and the bed was great. Perfect location to walk to everything Saint Augustine has to offer. Bea was great as a host. We will definitely come back.

4th of July

Stayed for an extended weekend and everything was so smooth and easy! Super convenient to safely stay and walk to the downtown area. Fenced in backyard for the pup was a great bonus :) all necessities were included

Welcome to Paradise

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at John and Bea's property. Very hospitable and comfortable. We brought our seven month old French Bulldog puppy Henry with us who became instant friends with howie the onsite Jack Russell. We'll definitely go back for another visit. Wonderful time.

There was an issue with booking, not the property, and Bea was great about getting my refund promptly. so even though we didn’t get to stay at the property, dealing with Bea was pleasant.

Our first vrbo experience

Bea and John were extremely welcoming. Their puppy and our dog got along fabulously. Great location! We were able to walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. It was only 4 miles to the golf course. I even went to a nearby church service

Perfect neighborhood/location

Right away it felt like Wizard of Oz, follow the yellow brick road to your guest house! Then it was cozy and clean. very accommodating. Towels, dishes, coffees. Was a very cool stay. Not to mention AUGIE the very Cool Gato. This cat comes when you least expect it! At just the right time you hear a distinct MEOW! Then he comes out of nowhere rubbing and nudging you for love. We absolutely loved him. Very demure, inside/outside cat. Overall the location is amazing and they even have bikes to navigate a very close to everything town. Thanks for the stay you guys.
