• Living room/kitchen open concept with couches, frame TV, and dining room table off of the kitchen with large windows and views of yard space all around
• Back porch with seating & dining table, leading down to backyard with lawn, children's play structure, and ample space for entertaining
• Large front porch with 2 rocking chairs for having coffee each morning
• 6 person firepit area directly in front of driveway, surrounded by beautiful wildflowers in the Spring.
• On-site guest studio may be rented during stay if needed for extra room. It is a separate listing so please inquire about availability. This space will not be rented by a different group during your stay. The home and property will be exclusively available to your group.
• Also have Bob stroller, push car, water table, and other outside play toys available for guests traveling with children.
• Absolutely **NO PARTIES** as this is our personal home. Small birthday gatherings and reunions with less than 20 are ok.
• If you’d like to utilize the space for a wedding or event, please message us details for approval.

-LAKE TRAVIS ACCESS: There is a public boat launch and parking lot 10 minutes from our home at Pace Bend State Park. If you don't need the boat launch, you can access the lake as well from Pace Bend State Park at several points for swimming and hiking. There are many trails available.
