Notre condo au deuxième étage pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à six personnes avec un lit king-size, deux lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit.

Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis pour une utilisation à l'intérieur. Apportez vos serviettes de plage et faites de notre condo votre maison de vacances loin de chez vous! WiFi gratuit disponible. Aucun animal n'est autorisé dans ce condo non-fumeur. Des chenils hors site sont accessibles sur l'île.

Ce complexe familial de 55 acres en bord de mer est une communauté fermée avec sécurité 24 heures. Il est situé au milieu de l'île entre Port Royal Plantation et Palmetto Dunes.

Le complexe dispose de deux piscines, de courts de tennis rénovés avec accès gratuit pendant la journée (réservations requises), d'un accès gratuit à la salle de sport, de location de vélos, d'un bar et d'un grill au bord de la piscine, d'une aire de pique-nique avec un barbecue au charbon et d'activités d'été pour les enfants. Il a un accès facile à une autoroute principale et à quelques minutes de toutes les principales attractions.

Early Beach Vacation

My family really enjoyed our visit to Admirals Row the week before Memorial Day. The place is just as the pictures show and the kitchen is very well stocked. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs, there was a bunch of beach toys if you have young children. It is a short walk to the beach and one of the pools is steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Property as described. Well stocked kitchen, beds comfortable. Condo was clean and had lots of movies, puzzles, books for rainy days (we didnt need thankfully). Plenty of beach gear on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

The photos were pretty much spot on for this condo. It was a very comfortable and convenient space for our family. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen had everything that we needed for our week. The King bed was very comfortable in the main bedroom. The constructive criticism would be that the unit is certainly dated and is need of a refresh like some of the other units in this complex have gotten. Some of the furniture in the living room could also use a replacement. Also, the showerheads are set at a height for very short people which we are not. Despite the age that the unit is showing though, we still have a very nice stay. The space was comfortable for our family, had everything we needed, and grew on us the longer we were there. Proximity to the beach was awesome, even though it was a bit of a hike to the main pool. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to the beach- loved the sunset

The property is beautiful and the beach was so close. We really enjoyed renting bikes and the walk to the beach was easy. The only downer was a few cobwebs in the bedrooms. The condo is dated- the wallpaper and some of the furniture was mismatched. The master bathroom looked to be recently refurbished. Overall it was nice for our visit.

A great place to stay

I’ll be short. I’m not big on reviews. The place was perfect for us. Didn’t spend much time in the room. Just slept there. lol. Has everything you need. Air conditioning was cold. Water was hot. That’s what matters to me. The resort is awesome. Biggest pool on the island I found out!! Will stay again. Thanks Rocco!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head and AR 231. We were able to park at the end of the building with stair access close to the room. The availability of chairs and umbrella was a plus. Ice maker in freezer was great to have. There were plenty of dishes, bakeware, etc. It was lacking a medium sized pot, but there were numerous frying pans. Appliances were good and in working order. King size bed was surprisingly comfortable and I enjoyed the recliner. As in most rental properties , the condo and balcony could use a deep cleaning, overall it was not too bad.

The condo was nice and the property was wonderful. Only thing I can say to the negative, is the description of the condo that says it has an ocean view. I guess technically you can see the ocean if you go to the far end of the balcony and lean out as far as you can, you get small glimpse of the water. And definitely can't hear it. Would go back to the resort, but definitely want a different view. Again, we had a great time. And there is absolutely bothering with the condo. Condo was good definitely needs some updates and when we came in it’s was horrible smell there and refrigerator was smells bad too so I clean everything. I think owner have to look for new cleaning company. Owner of condo was so nice and easy to work with him best thing was king size bed so comfortable. Condo not ocean view it’s second from the back of the building but not too far from the beach. We like resort, we like people there, beach, send and trolleys was the best thing and it’s free but we always gave the tips for drivers. Few thing we were disappointed when we move in on 07/12 about 11:30 pm because we drove 15 hours guard check lady was so rude she literally didn’t explain very well to us where we have to go and just left so we were driving around about 30 minutes and second one no jacuzzi my husband was not happy camper at all first resort ever we stay with no jacuzzi. I definitely like to be back to this island not sure to this resort but one more time I will be back. Thank you, family from Fort Wayne, IN

A Truly Relaxing and Luxurious Getaway!

Our Fourth of July weekend stay at this condo was absolutely phenomenal, exceeding all our expectations for a relaxing and enjoyable escape. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches and top-notch amenities that made our experience truly memorable.The kitchen was incredibly well-appointed, a dream for anyone who loves to cook! It had absolutely everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals, from a full array of utensils, pots, and pans to plenty of plates and silverware. We truly felt at home and had no trouble whipping up fantastic dishes.Comfort was clearly a priority, as the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our busy days. We particularly appreciated the smart TVs in each room, a perfect amenity for those who enjoy drifting off to sleep with a bit of background noise. Being able to easily access our own accounts for Hulu, Netflix, and other streaming services was a huge bonus, offering endless entertainment for evenings in or unexpected rainy days. Beyond streaming, there was also a thoughtful selection of DVDs and puzzles for even more entertainment options.One of our favorite spots was the lovely deck, which provided a fantastic breeze and beautiful views. It was the perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink.My wife and I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating week at this condo. We can honestly say we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.
