I would have been more than happy to send cleaners back to fix any issues you wanted addressed. Unfortunately, we can't fix issues we are not made aware of. We would def. want to address guests concerns & make it right instead of seeing it being left in a review. We appreciate your feedback.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. When you contacted us on Monday regarding the air we immediately contacted the resort to see if there was an issue and were advised there was not. We relayed that information to you & asked you to contact us if the issue worsened. As we did not receive any further communication with you that day, we believed the system was operating adequately. When you contacted us again the following morning to report that the unit was not cooling properly, we treated the matter as an emergency & had a tech on site quickly. Unfortunately, after arriving the tech did notice the system was faulty & needed to be replaced. Due to the type of equipment, the replacement could not be completed immediately. Because we were unable to restore the air we offered you a refund for the remainder of your stay. While the resort contains many units, they are individually owned and managed by different companies, so we were not able to relocate you within the resort to another unit we do not manage. We were also sold our at all of our other properties as well. So, we did not have the option of moving you. Your only request seemed to stay in the condo all week for free. Unfortunately, we were not able to honor that request. We also did not think allowing you to stay in a unit with no air under a major heat advisory was the logical thing to do. Unfortunately, all that we were met with was disrespect & name calling on your side when all we were trying to do was fix the issue in a timely manner. We understand how frustrating an unexpected mechanical failure can be, especially during the summer months. While this situation was beyond our control, our team acted promptly to diagnose the issue, call around PCB to see if they had the equipment, and try to provide the fastest solution. The unit took over a week to arrive since it was a special order. Unfortunately, problems occur that are beyond anyone's control.

Everything our company charges & everything the resort charges for pets is stated in the listing verbiage prior to booking. With all due respect, if the listing was read if it was to much to bring your dog/dogs this unit was not for you. We make sure to list everything our company & the resort collects so guests are able to make a clear decision on whether they would like to book the unit or not. If our neighbor next door was smoking I wish you would have contacted us. I would have been more than happy to have contacted the resort. The resort would have handled it. Unfortunately, I can't fix issues or concerns I am not made aware of. We appreciate your feedback. We hope you have a nice remainder of 2026.

Valeria, We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. So, per the rental agreement, you signed cleanliness issues are to be reported within the first 2hrs of checking in. We want to make sure if a guest checks in & finds any issues, we can get a cleaner back up to the condo to address any of your concerns. That way we avoid reviews like this. We are only human. Just like yourself. You were in the condo for a week. I didn't hear from you about any issues mentioned above. We cannot fix issues or problems unless we are made aware of them. Now a little confused on " All of the rules". So, this is a person's investment. Our job has property managers is to ensure the guests have a fun, comfortable, & safe time while here in PCB. Our job is to maintain the integrity of the condo our owner's purchase. Just like if you owned this beautiful unit, you would want whoever is managing for you to make sure it's taken care of properly. We have checkout procedures posted on the fridge. Pictures of items in the kitchen posted inside the kitchen cabinet. I am so very sorry if that hindered your stay or made you feel as if you were in the Navy or Army. We make sure the cleaners & inspectors know where to put things back so we can ensure when a guest arrives its easy access to the items you will need for your stay. Instead of having a disarrayed kitchen & have to go hunting for things. We try to keep everything organized. Now, in no way shape or form would we EVER charge a guest for moving a coffee maker or toaster. In years past we would find after checkouts that guests would rearrange kitchen cabinets or rearrange the furniture. Yes, we would charge if that had been done. The photos are there to ensure things are kept neatly & to ensure nothing comes up missing. Now if you put the amount of money into a place I would imagine you would want those items there when you came back to the unit you purchased. Honestly out of hundreds of guests this is honestly the first time we have heard it hindered someone stay. Most guests like the fact that things are organized for them & they know where to place things back. So sorry, if you had a bad vacation because of pictures in a cabinet. We can't please everyone.
