Stay at our updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo located just steps away from the beach on the Space Coast. Enjoy refreshing dips in the pool and catch a front-row seat to rocket launches. Our condo is conveniently located only 2 miles away from Port Canaveral, making it the perfect spot to stay before or after your cruise. Plus, with the Kennedy Space Center only 20 minutes away and easy access to Orlando, you'll have endless entertainment options.



The Space:

Our beautifully updated condo features a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV that's perfect for movie nights. You'll love cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Our bathroom is clean, updated and features fresh towels and toiletries. You'll enjoy spending time outside on our balcony with seating for your whole group. The complex features a sparkling pool perfect for cooling off on hot days.

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.

Our condo is ideally located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral. You'll be steps away from the beach and front-row seats to rocket launches. Don't miss a visit to the Kennedy Space Center, only 20 minutes away. Our condo is conveniently located only 2 miles away from Port Canaveral, making it the perfect spot to stay before or after your cruise. Plus, with easy access to Orlando, you can enjoy theme parks and attractions. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, with plenty of dining options nearby. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Toilet paper

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

Great location but poorly furnished

The location was great, only a block from the beach. But the unit was poorly furnished. The two bedrooms had only a bed and tiny lamp table; there was nothing with drawers or shelves. The sitting area had only a tiny unit to put things on. Also, the kitchen had no dishwasher or garbage disposal, and there was no private clothes washer/dryer in the unit.

Fillmore Unit 5

This property is not for a long term stay. The lighting was awful, half of the outlets didn't work, the outlet in the bathroom was unusable, so toothbrush or razor needed to be plugged in in the living room area. There is one lamp in the living room area that has a metal shade and a low wattage bulb. There are basically no lights by the kitchen sink which made doing dishes a challenge at night. Unable to add others since the working plug ins were loaded with wi-fi connection. The closet in the main bedroom housed the furnace/air conditioner and there was a leak somewhere, so there the mold on the wall was 3 feet high and there was standing water on the floor. The pictures were accurate. There is nowhere to put a suitcase except the floor . I assumed there were luggage holders in the closet, but I was wrong. The sink in the kitchen was very difficult to adjust the water flow and there was no sink drainer, dish pan or any towels for kitchen use. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very much a bare bones operation

Updated and clean

The unit was newly renovated and clean and just a few steps from the beach. It was minimal which we like and spacious enough for our family. We loved that chairs and umbrellas were provided because we forgot to bring ours and that’s a must have for us. We also enjoyed having a pool. The outside needs a little love just because it’s an older building but over all it was a nice place to stay and we would stay again. The property manager was also very quick with responses anytime we had questions or needed something.
