•Only permitted animals are allowed on Walton county beaches. Permits are available to Walton County property owners or permanent residents only. Proof of Residency or Property Ownership is necessary to obtain a permit. Permitted dogs are allowed on County beaches between the times of 3:30pm and 8:30am 365 days a year. Beach compliance does patrol county beaches.
