The Space:
Our beautifully updated condo features a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV that's perfect for movie nights. You'll love cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Our bathroom is clean, updated and features fresh towels and toiletries. The complex features a sparkling pool perfect for cooling off on hot days.

Guest Access:
We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.

The Neighborhood:
Our condo is located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral, just 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. And if you want to explore further, our location provides easy access to travel to Orlando. With the beach and rocket launches just steps away, you won't find a better spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.

Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
