A family-friendly handicap assessable apartment, on the lower level so no stairs, sleeps 4. Great room with Smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen. Dining area seats 6. Private patio with grill outside front door. 1st bedroom - Queen bed with sitting area and Smart TV. Daybed and trundle in the 2nd bedroom. A handicap bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate Laundry room. Walking to the beach is 7 minutes, wagon provided for your gear/toys and an outside shower when you return. Guest renting must be age 25 or older. Minimum stay 3 nights in the summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day .

Weekend away with mom

We grabbed a last minute trip with mom since the weather was forecasted to be in the upper 70’s and sunshine. Thankful to grab this cozy gem. Mom loved the mattress and said it was the best sleep she had in a while. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked. The online pictures of the rooms and decor are very accurate. One level access was perfect for mom and the shower pressure was on point. Looking forward to returning and relax again.

Straight On To Morning - awesome

This was a perfect place for our needs! We needed handicap accessible for Nana. Couldn’t have asked for better! It had everything we needed! Marsha was amazing! We stayed for our son’s wedding, perfect weekend and perfect place to stay!

Perfect spot for small families!

This place was perfect for our family of 3 this long weekend. We were so comfortable and the location couldn’t be better. Will definitely be back for future trips to EI!

Great location, noisy neighbors

👌 Fabulous location - near everything you want.Very very well outfitted unit, ample parking, indoor & outdoor showers are a "10"! Clean & AC was great. Minuses: very soft beds, cement floors, and because it's a bottom unit: a bit musty with upstairs neighbors footsteps (incl pets and kids) felt noisy.

Family Beach Vacation

The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four. The distance of the property from the beach was perfect and we utilized the wagon to haul kids and beach accessories. Martha was prompt to respond to questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend to others wanting to visit Emerald Isle.

Great Beach Stay

Marsha's place was perfect for my family. Beds and everything else were comfortable, enough kitchen equipment to prepare your own meals, and books and games for my five-year old. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with the provided wagon. Can't wait to come back!

A gem on Emerald Isle

Marsha was a great host and we’re thankful that she shared her lovely place with us. It was perfect for what we needed for our family of 3 for the week. We took full advantage of all the kitchen amenities, as we did most of our own cooking, and we even grilled out. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful suggestions for places to see and eat, as this was our first visit to Emerald Isle. We thoroughly enjoyed every single place we visited based on her recommendations. The beach was close and beautiful, and my husband was happy he got to fish. We will definitely be coming back and hope her place will be available for us again next time.

Good family time

Everything was in perfect condition, a lot to do , walking distance to the Beach i recommend it, 4 days was not enough , i wish i can stay more time
