Gulf Breeze Condos offer the most captivating view in all of Steinhatchee. Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.
This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!
The condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a set of full over full bunk beds. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.

Loved our stay.

Except for the elevator being down, which was tough since we were 2 flights up, location and unit were perfect for our needs.

This is a really nice place, the view is absolutely incredible and everything in the condo worked as it should. Only negative was the balcony furniture was very low quality and made difficult to enjoy that beautiful view and furniture in condo needs to be updated as cushions are worn out.

Awesome place to stay, It has a very nice dock to park your boat and the place has its own private ramp. Very nice fish cleaning station to clean your catch when you return from a hard day of fishing or scolloping. Jump in the pool after a hot day to cool off. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 stay/experience!!!

Even without the dock, the property location was very convenient with private boat ramp. Pool is an awesome feature as well. Condo was great with wonderful view of the channel.

Bedding stained and dirty, furniture stained and dirty, carpeting stained and dirty. Refrigerator, ice, and water dispenser with mold. Washing machine all mold. Construction workers blocked path to the pool area with boards with nails sticking up and all types of debris my granddaughter cut her toe on the construction debris. The elevator had construction debris all over the floor sharps. The construction crew moved our trash dumpster and replaced it with theirs with no notice to us. We were yelled at and told to get our trash out when we asked the man standing in the trash container where we allowed to put the trash in he said yes. The next day we get a notice and a sign put up that the HOA will evict us if we put trash in the construction container.
