Loved It!

This place was close to everything we wanted to do while in town. The condo gave us a great place to relax the family after fun activities. The kids plates and cups where perfect for our young kiddo and I didn't have to worry about accidental breakage. The place looks out at the marina and was so so relaxing. We felt super safe in the neighbors.we recommended highly!

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed this home and area so much! The home was clean and beautiful and we felt so welcome there. We loved the views of the boats out the back. We also loved the convenience and atmosphere of the restaurant right next door. We had such a great experience staying here.

Family vacation

Our family loved our stay at this location. It was home away from home for us. We loved spending time with our family at the pool in a quiet community. The atmosphere and staff at Dolphin’s restaurant (steps away) is phenomenal and friendly. The kids loved playing all the board games together in the evening. This was the perfect place for us and I would love to keep bringing my family back here.

Wildlife and Sunshine

Very clean and updated. Outfitted with everything you need for fun in the sun. Enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins daily as they cruise the channel. Close to Cocoa Beach. Easy access to Orlando.

Family Visit and Holiday Celebration

Lovely unit! Very comfortable! Family of 3 adults & 2 children. There was everything we needed in the home, and we were walking distance to the restaurant, marina and pool (although too chilly to swim!) we were just a few minutes from our family members’ home, and had a great visit. We would rent again!

Great place

This was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed going out and looking for dolphins on the dock. We also got to see a rock launch when we were there. We were there to play in the all American baseball at the space coast complex that is about 20 minutes from there. We ate at restaurant on Port Canaveral almost everyday and you can’t go wrong eating at any restaurant there. The townhouse has everything you need or want to have a great place to stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy the surrounding. It’s a quiet and out of the way from the busy activities but close enough to get where you want with know trouble. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Thank you for everything

Perfect location

From the beginning our experience was perfect! We arrived early and after reaching out to the property manager who personally texted me, we were allowed to check in early. The location of this Vrbo is fantastic. There's the canal that's perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset, water crafts for rent, the pool was accessible, and we got to see dolphins everyday passing by! This Vrbo was much bigger than I expected too! The bedrooms are spacious and appropriately furnished. We didn't need anything since everything was supplied! We did change out the batteries in the front door since they were about to die but batteries were already in stock so it was easy! Thank you for thus fantastic place. If we ever come back to the area, this place is our first option for sure! Ps. You're so close to everything in this location! Stores, restaurants, cocoa Beach......everything!
