Centralized waterfront escape! Just 2 min walk to The Upper Deck & a short paddle to the main Weeki Wachee River. Spot manatees from our deck, kayaks accommodating 10 guests: 2 singles and 4 tandems with life vests that can be launched directly from our floating dock, or bring your own boat for direct Gulf access. Spacious home with WiFidryer & a dedicated workspace — ideal for remote work, extended getaways, or monthly stays. Sleeps 10 comfortably.
This spacious and stylish escape has been fully renovated with authentic wooden flooring and lots of natural light to make your stay a delight. Multiple gathering spots make it perfect for vacations, reunions, or quick holiday breaks:
‱ Deck on the canal with Adirondack chairs + propane grill
‱ Fire pit for s’mores and stargazing nights
‱ Large balcony & screened balcony with rocking chairs

Great configuration for 2 families

The location was good and a short paddle (kayaks were available to use) to the main spring. The interior was clean and communication with Gisele was excellent. There were some deck repairs needed but apparently those are being taken care of now.

Weeki 25’

Property was perfect for our family and friends. Located at the end of a canal, you had great privacy but were only a short paddle away from the main river. We launched from the main spring head and floated the 3 hours right to the dock of the house. Plenty of entertainment provided by host (kayaks, corn horn, board games, rope swing, etc). House was very clean, and perfect for kids who can navigate stairs. Short walk to restaurant and Roger’s Park. Will stay again for sure.

Great time!

We loved the house and location to the Weeki Wachee river. The house was clean with plenty of space. We cooked most nights and having the grill was great. While there, we videoed 2 dolphins playing in the canal right off the dock. It was a mom and baby. The baby had a fish he was playing with. So adorable. We also saw 3 manatees in the same canal, including a mom and baby. There are two squirrels that love peanuts. If you leave them on the tree stump they'll come get them. We would stay here again!

A few improvements

The kitchen is lacking cooking supplies. There is only one baking dish, an 8x8 dish. I wish I had known the house was right by the busy road. The traffic takes away from the peacefulness of the river.The house is very dark at night. Needs better lighting in dining and living room.

Wonderful time

My family and I loved the house and location. It met all of our needs, and was absolutely beautiful. We got to see several manatees right behind the house including a momma and a very young pup who hung around the house for several hours one day.

Beautiful River Retreat

We has a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home on the river. Very close to everything we needed and we got to see a bunch of wildlife and manatees. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay

Luxurious feel, from the bedding, extra white plush towels, furniture, upgraded counters and beautiful hardwood floors. This makes the 9th home we have stayed at in the area, even though not on the main river (short paddle to main river), we weren’t bothered one bit because of space and comfort of this home. We will be back. Thank you for one of the best stays.

Favorite Spot in Weeki

I have stayed in multiple rentals on weeki wachee and this one was by far my favorite. The house is on a corner lot and has all the accommodations for a large group. Very spacious with a perfect layout and has all the things you could possibly need. I love that the location is at the end of one of the fingers of the river as you don’t get too much traffic from the kayakers making it much more peaceful than other houses. I will only be planning on staying at this location for my future trips. 10/10 would recommend!

Last minute trip

Weeki Vibes was a last minute 2 day trip to get away with the family and explore this part of Florida. Because of the beautiful house and having the gorgeous river right outside the door
we did not end up doing any of the activities we had planned to do in the area! The house, property and hospitality of Gisele was so inviting, we just stayed and enjoyed the house, kayaking, fishing, playing games and rope swinging. So now we know that when we go there again, we will have to stay a few more days to inspire us to go explore beyond this gorgeous property! Thanks Gisele!!
