Quiet Golf course neighborhood in Florida's Lochmoor Estates area. Oversized property with 2 Living rooms and 2 Lanai spaces providing plenty of room for your family entertainment. Relax in our newly resurfaced pool and BBQ while watching the sun set on the Green Golf Course lined with Palm tree's, flowers and fruit trees. Private home with large parking area for 4 cars for your guests to arrive. Minutes to downtown and Fort Myers Beach , Captiva and Sanibel. Great local restaurants , outdoor seating at the breakfast bar, dine alfresco or sunbath on the loungers.
All new floors, bathrooms and kitchen so be the first to experience this home full of great entertaining spaces. Sleeps 6 but can add up to 8 with both living rooms accommodating blow up mattresses . The Yard is sunny all day and sun sets along the back. The Lanai spaces provide great shade for reading, relaxing and children at play!

Our month in Cape Coral was fantastic. The location of this property is perfect for heading to the beach, going to Pine Island or shopping. Everything was clean and up to date. Any problems were quickly addressed by the owner.

Beach wedding

My bride and I were having a small beach wedding. Her & relatives stayed w/ family. While I rented this property, just around the corner, for myself & a few of our friends. We spent most of our stay out & about. But it was a nice place to come "home" to each day. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the pool was cool and refreshing. I would rent it again if we ever need more beds while visiting family down here again

This is our 3rd home launching in the cape coral & North fort Myers location. Check out our other 5 star reviews and homes offered. Property ID 2343755 & ID 4271717. We are residents of the area since 2016 and have fallen in love with sharing our homes for other families to enjoy our slice of paradise. Please join us! 2 of the homes are within walking distance for multiple families to enjoy at the same time. We knew when our adult children started families of their own, they needed a place to stay when visiting us. We launched this VRBO business and it allows us to also enjoy our GROWING Family which live in 3 different states and often travel to SUNNY FLORIDA For SUMMER all YEAR! Our homes are stocked and decorated with care and we manage our guests as if you are family !

Our home sits on a beautiful, quiet golf course. It has the sun setting in the back and open sliders on both side of the lanais. There is plenty of spaces for multiple guests to break away and carve out a quiet seat or play area. 2 lanais, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms and a golf course to walk on! The pool was resurfaced with new tile and the entire home is newly tiled and refinished for your pleasure. Clean !!! Leather couch that recline as well as a sectional to fit the whole gang!

Our Property was selected because it sits on a golf course, has 2 living rooms, 2 lanai areas and a large driveway with Parking so multiple family members can join with ease. The view and sunset along with the privacy made this home a perfect space !
