Welcome to this 2-story, 2178 sq. ft. private pool townhome at Storey Lake Resort🌴. With 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and room for 11 guests, it's the perfect escape just 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal. While the stairway and bedrooms have plush carpeting, you'll find 2 King Size beds, 1 Queen Size bed, 1 Full Size bed, and 3 Twin Size beds. Parking is a breeze with free spots, but please note there's no street parking allowed. The townhome features central amenities, linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, and complimentary cable and internet. Starter supplies are included, like paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, and a fresh roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. You'll also find soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. This is a self-catering house, so be sure to stock up on any additional items you need from the nearby supermarket. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and no pets are allowed. Violation of these terms will incur a charge of at least $400.00 against the security deposit.

Starter supplies include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar soap in each bathroom, items for personal hygiene, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

Housekeeping services are not provided daily, but mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

This house is self-catering, so please plan to purchase any additional personal toiletries and meals from the nearest supermarket.

In compliance with Florida law, open food items cannot be left in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after guest checkout, and condiments or coffee powder will not be provided before check-in.

Excessive required cleaning, considered a double clean, will incur a charge of $100.00.
