PUERTO RICO est de retour! Notre bâtiment a l'électricité, l'eau, la climatisation centrale et le câble / WIFI. La plage est toujours belle !! La piscine olympique est désormais ouverte de 7h à 22h. Propriétaire exploité et entretenu (Gabriel)! Condo très propre! Nous sommes face à l'océan!. Véritable condo d'une chambre face à la plage / océan avec lit queen size et canapé-lit pleine grandeur sur la meilleure plage et le meilleur bâtiment d'Isla Verde. Il a une nouvelle climatisation centrale (installée en mai 2015) et des meubles neufs. Cuisine entièrement équipée (juste installée, comptoirs en quartz nov. 2015) comme à la maison. Chaises de plage Tommy Bahamas, drap / tapis de plage, jouets de plage et glacière. Nous avons des rideaux occultants pour une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Nous fournissons une boîte de verrouillage pour que vous puissiez ENTRER à tout moment!

Marbella Del Caribe Este (Est) est l'une des copropriétés les plus recherchées. Il est situé sur la "bande" de l'avenue Isla Verde où il y a de nombreux restaurants, casinos, banques, société de location de voitures et un Walgreens ouvert 24h / 24 (de l'autre côté de la rue) tous accessibles à pied. Stationnement intérieur sécurisé GRATUIT avec accès facile aux ascenseurs. Voiture PAS nécessaire pour notre emplacement, sauf si vous voulez explorer la belle île!

Le complexe offre une sécurité 24/7, un accès à la plage de la même plage que l'Intercontinental Resort Hotel et l'hôtel El San Juan pour la moitié du prix, un terrain privé qui comprend une piscine de taille olympique, une piscine pour enfants, un court de tennis, un terrain de volley-ball / basket-ball cour, aire de jeux, tables de pique-nique et barbecue. Stationnement privé intérieur avec accès direct par ascenseur au condo. Nous fournissons des chaises de plage.

Le condo est à 10 minutes et un taxi de 17 $ (ils ne permettent pas la prise en charge d'Uber) depuis l'aéroport international de San Juan (pas de bruit d'avion), et à seulement 15 minutes de Condado et à 20 minutes du vieux San Juan. Près des autoroutes principales pour un accès facile à toute l'île.

Great place right on the beach! The host was amazing the whole week! We had some issues with water that wasn't the buildings fault but the owner communicated with us the whole time to make sure we knew when water would be available. Unit is located right next to anything you would possibly need and was very close to airport. Would stay here again!

We rented Gabriel’s condo for a month. The keyless key entry was awesome, the condo was clean the kitchen was stocked enough to cook a decent meal on the days we didn’t eat out. We brought our work with us so the only real challenge was a lot of work was being done on units so the jack hammer sound was annoying but of course that had nothing to do with Gabriel. The noise was out of everyone’s control. The only other thing that was a bit annoying was the very loud shut off noise the AC makes. I would suggest proper fitting bedding for people that stay longer than two weeks. The sheets that were on the bed were fine however when I wanted to change out the sheets to wash the sheets didn’t fit that bed they were way too big. Other than these minor house keeping issues the condo was great the location top their close to everything most things needed or wanted was within walking distance and access to the beach was great. Also what we loved was the provision of beach chairs toys cooler and umbrella Gabriel thought of everything. One of the beach chairs broke we called Gabriel and he switched the chair out right away. The view was nice the breeze even better. We found ourselves not using the AC during the day too much as the ocean breeze was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay and would stay again if Gabriel would have us. Thank you Gabriel for the hospitality.

Very clean, well equipped property in a good location. A little congested with traffic but everything you need is nearby. The beach is awesome! Nice well maintained pool. Gabriel is easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Gabriel was a very attentive host. He had great communication and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beach is very clean and large. We did a few activities in Fajardo and the drive was 50-60 mins, which we did not mind. We would stay here again.

We live in Brooklyn New York but plan to spend several months at our condo during winter once we retire.
Currently we go down 2-4 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.
Not just a rental place!!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!
