Perfect house in Cape Coral to attend High school graduation for the weekend! Host was easy to communicate with. Lots of household essentials (plates, pots, cooking utensils etc) provided! Wonderful pool!

First off, everything about this stay was 5 stars. Host was great, place is fantastic. Stocked for every need. Was close to everything we needed in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool area at Pelican Oasis did feel like an oasis, we were surrounded by green plantings that provided privacy and a lovely atmosphere. The unit was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great family place

This house was perfect for our entire family, complete with bunk beds for the grandkids! Everything was clean and stocked. We would definitely recommend!

The home is very nice and the host was very responsive! We did have an issue with the pool heater not working but the host got it fixed quickly and offered an exchange for the issue with the pool heater!

Golf Getaway

Property was in a good location for all our needs. Restaurants, golf courses and grocery stores were all easy to get to. The house had plenty of room for the four friends who made the trip. Backyard sitting area and pool was nice and private.

Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a fabulous time! We spent a lot of time on the lanai and in the heated pool. The property is close to everything we wanted. There are many seafood restaurants, beaches, beautiful hikes and live music venues nearby. The inside of the home is newly remodeled and gorgeous!

A Dream

We had such an amazing time at our stay! The house was everything we could hoped for and had everything we needed.The host helped us out with all questions and was so easy to communicate with. We had every store we need just a quick drive away. I would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful experience

My daughter was impressed with the property the moment she walked in. Everything was so well taken care of, clean and organized. It was close to restaurants and shopping. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and have a good and quiet time.

Short fun stay

We stayed only 4 days! We enjoyed the owl preservation in the neighborhood. The pool was cold the first day we got there. The host was amazing and communicated directly with us to have the pool looked at immediately. We appreciated how clean the property was and fast the host was to respond to any questions we had!!

Weekend getaway

The house was very clean and beautiful .We actually had to reschedule and Mrs Panek was very understanding. And accommodating to the situation.We will definitely be renting there again. This home is EXCEPTIONAL - immaculately clean and well equipped. Ewa is the ultimate host! There were 8 of us, and everyone was comfy in the beds, we cooked meals with no issues and there were more beach towels than we'd ever need in a lifetime!The pool heater did not work and Ewa tried to help us from afar to get it working. We bothered her on Christmas and she was still the ultimate host. Apparently, the transformer was broken, so it was never fixed during our week. If I ever go back to Cape Coral with a group, this is where we will stay!
