Lake Winnipesaukee, Boat Dock, Summer Hot Tub and Game Room

This is a semi-detached family friendly unit. 2 living rooms and a game room with plenty of games for rainy days. The entire three floors is private and sectioned off and completely yours to use, as well as a completely fenced in backyard with a Summer hot tub (shut down when weather is below 35) and 4 out door decks plus one screened in porch. There is a gas grill and a gas fire pit on the deck. There is direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee with a 40 foot dock directly across the street. The main drive-way is yours to park in and easily fits 6 vehicles. Boat trailer can be parked in a separate area with notice.

Weirs Beach, Meadowbrook, Funspot and Gunstock are minutes away. Multiple restaurants and activities in the area.

This house can be handicapped accessible with notice.

There is a crib, pack and play and some kid toys.

The place was a great size for a large New Year's gathering and very clean! The host was extremely responsive, even reached out before our stay when the weather was getting unsafe for travel and offered to move the dates by a day. Overall, we had a great stay.

Brenda and Cliff were wonderful hosts! Communication was easy and quick, and anytime we needed something, they were right there to help. The house was in a great location and fit our family of 13 perfectly. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this property!

An all out incredible place to stay on Winni

We had a group of friends together for a long weekend that hadn’t seen each other in quite some time. Spent days on the water, went to weird beach and had a blast at the huge house. Hosts were fantastic especially Brenda. Thanks again!

Fun time!

My husband and I booked this location for a family 4th of July weekend! The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Has an amazing porch and we were able to watch an amazing fireworks display right from there! It was a really great time! The communication between myself and the host was awesome!

Finally!

Finally, for over 30 years, myself my son and 7-8 of my closest friend's have called Father’s Day wWeekend our annual fishing trip. It happens to be on the tail-end of Bike-week. Finding a home to stay that offers comfortable accommodations as well as a convenient location hasn’t always been easy. This property checked all the boxes! The host, Brenda, was amazing. Her communication and willingness to help with anything at all was nothing short of 5 star service. If I had to criticize anything, I would say the front yard needs a little TLC. Without a doubt, of the best home rental stays I have ever stumbled on.
