Quaint oversized guest quarters within walking distance to beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches and a public park with tennis/pickleball courts and playground. It is a short 8 min drive to Scusset Beach and a 5 min drive to the Cape Cod Canal. The luxury guest room includes a queen sized bed, oversized couch, 65 inch Smart TV, mini fridge, a Keurig & Nespresso amongst other amenities. A air mattress can be setup to accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests.

Cozy, clean and comfortable stay in Bourne!

Great little place super close to Sagamore Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with, and the accommodations were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Excellent loft, clean, well located near Sagamore Beach. Day of our arrival, the power went out for 12 hours and our host had lanterns ready!. Amazing.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend

Coming up for a weekend, and a what an amazing little space. Can't recommend enough. Although it's quite close to the host family, I felt that I had all the privacy and space I could have needed, and the property manager was super quick and helpful with all questions.

Cape Cod Loft was extremely clean, very quiet, and comfortable beds. The furnishings are nicely done and the property and neighborhood are excellent. The “kitchenette” is very basic, it’s more like what a hotel provides than a kitchenette. The host provided an extra very nice air mattress for the night our granddaughters stayed with us. We were concerned about the traffic staying on the Sagamore side of the bridge but because it’s located very close to the bridge we had no trouble crossing over to the Cape, which we did numerous times during our 4 nights stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Cape Cod

This loft was exactly as it was listed. It was very clean and simple and provided a cozy and peaceful place to come back to after a long day in the sun and exploring Cape Cod. It was very private and we felt very safe in this nice neighborhood. We used the queen bed and the queen air mattress that the host kindly put up for us. There was a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge that worked perfect for a few groceries, drinks, and leftovers from the great restaurants the host recommended. This was our first time visiting the New England region and we had the best time! Many thanks to the host for allowing us to stay in this beautiful property.

Impeccable loft unit walking distance to beach

5 stars for cleanliness, atmosphere, and ease of access. This is a lovely studio loft with private access and consciousness owners. I love the Cape and though I grew up spending summers in Harwich, I always wanted to explore Bourne and the beaches further inland. This was the perfect opportunity to do so. The place is impeccable with new amenities and clean, basic appliances. Great shower and comfy bed, with sleeping and lounging room for additional guests. Walking distance to beach in a pleasant neighborhood. Quick trip to Logan. Cannot recommend enough! I'll be staying here again soon.
