Our views of the beach and beautiful water are picturesque. Let your cares melt away as you "escape" while on the island. Enjoy the serene private beach and cool off in the private pool. The island is a gem of simplicity and beauty.

The space:
The house has 3 bedrooms and an open loft with twin beds. The kitchen and common area connect and both look out at the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. The home has a private pool and garden area. The house has expansive porches that allow you to enjoy the beauty that abounds on the island.

Guest access:
The main 3 bedroom house, the beach, and the pool area.

We do our best to address and issues when they arise. Please understand that MOW is an outer island.

Please book a golf cart. We do not provide transportation to the house.

All of MOW is cistern dependent. Please be conservative with water use.

Our caretaker does not provide concierge service. She will open and close the home and attempt to address problems efficiently.

WOW! Ok, if you want a tranquil location, look no further than Man O War and Ocean Pearl. This property is about an 8-10 minute walk from the ferry dock, the marina, the grocery store and coffee shop. Typically, island guests rent a Golf Cart so the drive is only 3-4 minutes. We spent our days on a boat but when we were at the house we had ample room to hang out on the deck, cook dinners and enjoy the beach. I gave the pool 3 stars but I think that we would have used it more if we werent on the boat so much. The kitchen was more than well stocked. I have stayed at many homes and this home, by far, had the most plates, dishes, cookware etc. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There were 8 of us including 6 young adults ages 18-21 and they all loved the loft and proximity to the beach. We did use the TV and WiFi and never had an issue. The ice machine in the fridge worked great which is important when its hot out! Honestly, there wasn't anything we needed that the house didnt have! Man O War is the most low key place you can stay so if you want peace, quiet, gorgeous beaches and have access to a boat, I would highly recommend it. If you have a large group, definitely stay at Ocean Pearl!

The house has a beautiful view and is right on a nice, sandy beach. There were 3 couples in our group and the sleeping accommodations were great. The expansive living area and kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. The large, covered deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen is open to the great room so very conducive to entertaining. We had a nice stay.

Best on the island

This house was perfect! It was so clean, and in the perfect location. It had everything we needed for our family and friends. Walking straight out to the beach from the porch was the best. Sitting watching the sunrise and sunset was amazing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Can’t wait to go back.

Paradise found

Can’t say enough great things about ocean pearl and the owners and caretaker Nikita. They really went above and beyond. The house from understanding was built by one of the Aubrey Brothers. You can really see the craftsmanship, and the rich history of shipbuilding into the construction of the home, which is probably why the building still stands today after the hurricanes. Location is directly on the beach and only just a few minute golf cart ride to the marina and the rest of town.. if you’re someone that hasn’t visited the out of the Bahamas just know that it is a tad bit rustic and expect things to not always go as planned. There’s no well on the island so water is sister and based and a limited resource., the salt environment is hard on everything so sometimes things break, the power goes out from time to time, and you’re pretty isolated so it takes time to fix things when they do fail. The point of saying that is if you’re looking to stay at Atlantis in Nassau, this night not be the place for you. If you like a little adventure., and a taste of what the real Bahamas is like stay here. :)

We love the beauty and simplicity of Man O War, but we truly value the people and the culture of Man O War. It offers simplicity and relaxation as well as recreation and sporting opportunities. The island also has a grocery store and a coffee shop which makes life on a boat dependent island very comfortable.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Ocean Pearl has AMAZING views of the "out the door" beach access. It also has AC, comfortable beds, generous space, and a swimming pool and a pool area for relaxing.
